How are Brixton Forged manufactured?
Each Brixton Forged wheel set is designed and manufactured fully in their California manufacturing facility. Brixton Forged has always made the conscious decision to produce locally. As a result, they make full use of their Engineers' exceptional abilities and keep complete control over the quality of our wheels throughout the whole manufacturing process. Each wheel set goes through a rigorous design and engineering process to create a perfect finished product that meets all of their clients' dynamic needs while also incorporating their personal preferences, from fitting and configurations to finishes. Each wheel set is subjected to a comprehensive Finite Element Analysis (FEA) at this stage, which includes curb weight, dynamic cornering fatigue, dynamic radial fatigue, and simulated impact testing.
