Who are XIX wheels?

XIX Exotic Alloys is a well-known wheel manufacturer that has been producing high-end wheels since 1990. All XIX stainless steel chrome lip series and concave series wheels are built to exceed TUV and SFI standards, with the best TUV certified manufacturing plants according to the toughest German OEM manufacturing standards.

What kind of wheels does XIX make?

XIX Wheels was also one of the first to produce a cast wheel with a "Multi-Piece" appearance. A distinct Face, Inner Barrel, and Outer Barrel are used to make a multi-piece wheel. This method of production is quite costly. XIX Wheels devised a more cost-effective method of achieving the same "Multi-Piece" look at a quarter of the expense. It wasn't easy to give a single-piece cast wheel a multi-piece appearance. For example, the concave and staggered shape of the wheels had to be changed. XIX Wheels was one of the first firms to produce undercut inner-barrels, and the outer barrels are milled in a forged-lip shape to achieve the "Multi-Piece" look. Also included are interchangeable rivets that may be bolted on and replaced.

Does XIX offer flow formed wheels?

Yes! XIX Wheels is the first company in the United States to produce a 19-inch bidirectional flow-formed wheel with a deep lip. One of the most modern manufacturing methods to enter the wheel industry is flow forming. The application of pressure to the inner barrel of the wheel while it is spinning and after it has been casted is referred to as Flow Forming Technology.
