Pro-GUARD 7 Filter Media:
This filter features seven layers of hybrid media for maximum protection. The patented combination of oiled cotton gauze with synthetic material allows this media to thrive in the dustiest and dirtiest environments imaginable. Pro-GUARD 7 filters are easily recharged with aFe's POWER CLEANER and gold air filter oil.
Rounded Deep Open Pleats:
aFe POWER performance air filters use a rounded, evenly spaced pleat design which allows for more usable filter surface area, providing increased flow and greater dust holding capacity.
Metal Top & Base:
A metal top and base allow for perfect fitment within canister style housings and/or with a metal retaining rod. A pliable seal on the filter's base conforms to a variety of surfaces, making for a strong seal over time. This bump seal design eliminates the use of taped or glued foam like many traditional OE filters.
