This cold air intake system produced up to 13 HP, 17 lbs. x ft. TQ, and out-flowed the factory intake by 37%. Included in this cold air intake system is a 18-gauge powder-coated heat shield and a massive 8" tall radial flow, oiled aFe POWER Pro 5R filter. The air filter uses a unique patent pending flange retention design that allows the filter to be securely mounted to the heat shield without any hardware. A huge 1-piece mandrel bent wrinkle-black powder-coated intake tube maximizes air velocity providing maximum performance and throttle response. This is a direct bolt-on kit and requires no cutting or drilling.

Filter Flange Retention Design:
The air filter uses a unique patent pending flange retention design that requires no hardware to mount the filter to the heat shield to provide a quick hassle-free installation with minimal hardware.

Huge One-Piece Intake Tube:
A large mandrel-bent intake tube is used to smoothly direct the increased air flow into the engine for maximum performance.

8" Tall 360-Degree Air Filter:
A massive 8" air filter is used for maximum flow and performance filtration. The Pro 5R performance air filter features 5-layers of progressively finer mesh cotton gauze media and is constructed with 100% polyurethane for long life and multiple cleaning cycles.

aFe has developed this intake to provide a hassle-free installation that utilizes all factory mounting locations.
