Product Overview
Large Three Layer Performance Air Filter:
This aFe POWER Pro DRY S is a 10-1/2” tall, dual inlet, 360-degree radial flow performance air filter that was custom made to fit directly behind the front grille. It features our oil-free air filter media, with three layers of progressively finer synthetic media for maximum convenience. It provides great filtration efficiency and dust holding capacity, while not requiring the use of oils. This media is best suited for street use.
Dyno-Tuned Aluminum Intake Tubes:
This dual intake system features mandrel-bent aluminum intake tubes that maximize airflow and velocity. Its clear-coated polished finish will not oxidize, ensuring a long-lasting show quality finish.
Optional Filter Splash Shield:
A filter splash shield (PN TA-3016S) is sold seperately to protect the filter from direct water splash, resulting in longer filter life and better performance. Its secured to the filter using the air filter's included clamps.
Hassle-Free Installation:
All required hardware is included for a hassle-free installation. This kit requires removal of the front bumper but, unlike other intakes on the market for VQs, it can be installed without any trimming or modifications. Reinforced silicone couplings provide adjustability, allowing the tubes to easily sit behind the front bumper.
