Our kit provides your Ford with improved capability, increased clearance, and enhanced performance, while also providing a cohesive, level look. The additional height offers room for larger tires and wheels and delivers more accessibility to rough roads and trails. Our coilovers include Trail Performance dampers that use perfectly preset damping forces, are made of steel, and are zinc plated for longevity. They showcase large, 60mm bodies, 35mm independent rebound and compression valves, and 20mm hardened chrome piston rods. These detailed components add strength to the design and keep oil cool for consistent damping in all circumstances. To create optional height ranges of 0" to 3", we use a threaded damper body and spring perch. The spring perch, once set in place, will not move or adjust itself over time. When the coilover height is customized, we also must create adjustable bump stop engagement. Belltech uses a progressive rate polymer, open-cell, bump stop, and packers to enhance the arrangement and give your vehicle the best possible suspension results. The main spring and helper spring are comprised of cold-formed high tensile steel and are powder coated red to achieve an eye-catching yet protective layer. To reduce noise and vibrations, our Belltech coilovers also use high durometer vulcanized rubber bushings, and to keep the damper clean and free of debris, it is protected by a plastic dust boot.
