Lowering your SUV with Belltech's 1105SP will drop your SUV's center of gravity and give you more control while behind the wheel. The kit includes Belltech Street Performance lowering struts which have all been finely tuned with preset damping forces perfect for your SUV. The struts in the front offer height adjustability from 0" to -2", and the rear struts lower the back of the vehicle -1" to -3.5". With these options, you can customize and get the look that best suits you. Belltech Street Performance struts are top-quality and comprised of many different components that all work together to create the ultimate suspension option. The struts feature a 50mm strut body that was built to hold a large volume of oil. The extra space and low-friction design provide more heat dissipation and keep the oil cool for damping that does not fade. The independent 35mm valves work to give you more precise damper tuning, and the 18mm hardened chrome piston rod lends extra strength and durability. The height customization is achieved by Belltech's height-adjustable rings. It makes height modifications ultra-simplified, and once they are set, you will not have to worry the height of your vehicle might move or change over time. To accommodate each height option, we include packers and a progressive rate polymer, open cell bump stop. These are paired together to perfect bump stop engagement and eliminate any rough feelings driving on a rough road or over a speed bump may produce. Each strut is also equipped with a spring perch that perfectly supports your OE spring. A high durometer vulcanized rubber bushing is used to reduce vibrations and add to the smooth-feeling ride.
