FOX's 2.0 Performance Series Coil-Over IFP (Internal Floating Piston) shock features a precision, metal impact extruded 6061-T6 aluminum body to increase cooling capacity and resist rust. The vehicle-specific upper mount includes a composite bushing to isolate noise and vibration. These shocks, with a race-developed, high-flow piston design, bolt on with no modifications, are designed to level a truck front-to-rear and provide a comfortable on-road ride and predictable off-road handling in even the toughest conditions.

Their locking spring pre-load rings allow easy ride height and pre-load adjustment and are selected to deliver the optimal spring rate. Applications are available for stock and lifted trucks that re-use the stock shock. Additionally, FOX's IFP separates the shock oil from the high-pressure, nitrogen-charged gas chamber. This eliminates oil aeration for maximum performance from the factory-tuned precision valving.
