Return Policy
As long as the product has not been installed, you can return it to us within 30 days of delivery. This includes, but is not limited to, unmounted wheels and tires, suspension, and any other parts that are not custom made to your vehicle. The product MUST be in BRAND NEW RESELLABLE CONDITION and MUST be in ORIGINAL MANUFACTURERS PACKAGING. For returns, you must first call and get an authorization from us, so that we can document the reason for its return. If you do not get this authorization, we will not know why the items are being returned, and many times we will not know who it is returning them.
For cancellations, you must first call and verify that the order is not in production if your wheels are custom drilled or shipped. If the product has been received by us for mounting and balancing, restocking fees and shipping fees will be applied. Restocking fees are determined by the wheel, tire, or suspension brand. Some manufacturers do not charge a restocking fee. Some can charge up to a 50% restocking fee. You will be responsible for the return shipping if delivered, and the initial shipping charges incurred are non refundable. Clearance items are non-refundable and do not come with a warranty as many times the product is being discontinued, and will no longer be available. Wheels that are custom built or semi-custom built are not returnable and cannot be exchanged for any reason as they are built specifically for your vehicle. If your wheels are in production and are custom made to your vehicle, they are not able to be cancelled. Any product that has been altered, modified, or customized for the customer or by the customer is sold as is, and cannot be returned or refunded for any reason.
Tires
Tires follow the same 30 day rule with one important limit. A tire can be returned only if it has NEVER been mounted on a wheel and NEVER driven on, and is still in brand new resellable condition with the original manufacturer labels. Once a tire has been mounted or driven on it can no longer be sold as new, so at that point it CANNOT be returned or refunded for any reason, including ride quality, road noise, or appearance. This is the standard across the tire industry.
If you believe a tire is defective or causes a vibration, that is covered by the tire manufacturer's limited warranty, not by a return. Most vibration traces to balance, a bent wheel, alignment, or worn suspension rather than the tire itself, so the first step is a road force balance check at a local shop. Call us at 800.242.9883 and we will help you file the manufacturer claim. The manufacturer inspects the tire and makes the final decision, which usually takes a few weeks.
Wheel and Tire Packages
Wheel and tire packages are mounted, balanced, and often built to your specific vehicle, so they are not returnable once shipped unless the error is ours. Before installing, always test fit the package first. Hand tighten the lugs, check the brake and suspension clearance, and confirm the look before driving. Once a package has been driven on it can no longer be sold as new. Fitment that our team has confirmed is backed by our 100% Fitment Guarantee, so contact us if you are having trouble with fitment and we are happy to assist.
Return Authorization and Refunds
Every return needs a Return Merchandise Authorization number before the item ships back to us. Call us to start one, and have photos of the item and its labels ready so we can approve the request quickly. A return that arrives without authorization cannot be matched to an order or a reason, and may be refused with no refund issued. Refunds are issued after the returned item arrives and passes inspection, and the original shipping charge, the return shipping, and any restocking fee are deducted as described above.
