Element Forged Wheels, Built to Order

Element Forged is our own line of fully forged monoblock wheels, built to order for your car. By default we build to the fitment we consider best for it. Want your car's factory specs instead? We can build to the OEM offset, bolt pattern and center bore, so the wheels bolt on like the originals.

Our Fitment or Your Factory Specs

By default we spec the size and offset we consider the best fitment for your car. If you would rather keep your car's factory specs, we build to its OEM offset, bolt pattern and center bore, so the wheels sit where the originals sat, with no spacers. Either way they are hub centric, work with your factory TPMS sensors, and carry load ratings that are OEM or better.

We check brake clearance in CAD against our catalog of big brake kits, and on request we send you a CAD rendering of your wheels to approve before production starts.

How Element Forged Wheels Are Made

Spec and approve. We gather your vehicle's exact specs, including brake clearances, suspension setup and the stance you want. Our team draws your wheels in CAD, and on request you approve the design before production begins.

Forge and machine. Each wheel starts as a forged 6061-T6 aluminum blank, chosen for its strength for the weight, and is CNC machined to exact tolerances, down to the milled spokes and pockets.

Finish and ship. Every wheel gets a final quality control inspection, then your finish: brushed, polished, powder coated or a custom color. Then we pack it and ship it, ready to mount.

Finishes

Standard finishes are gloss and satin black and gloss and satin bronze. Signature finishes are brushed, titanium and polished, and we do custom colors on request.
