We find that it's very common these days that people are running tires on their vehicles that are TOO BIG. So when they purchase their new wheels and decide to use their current tires...they rub. Tire rubbing is very dangerous and can lead to blow outs!
Rubbing Definition:
This occurs when the tire comes into contact with a part of your vehicle (i.e fenders, struts, plastic liner, etc..)
SOLUTION!
You'll need to factor in what size wheel and offset to determine how big you can go with your tires. A couple ways people will counter their tire rubbing will be to roll their fenders or have modifications done to the body of the vehicle.
