The 77.8mm hub bore is larger than the 66.1mm bore used on Nissan's passenger cars and crossovers; the Armada is in a heavier wheel class.

What changes across Armada generations is the lug thread pitch, not the bolt pattern. The 1st gen Armada (TA60) ran 12x1.25, which is the standard Nissan and Infiniti passenger-car and light-truck thread. The 2017 redesign moved the Armada to 14x1.5, the heavier full-size thread Nissan uses on the Patrol globally. Wheels that fit the bolt circle still need the correct lug nuts and the matching thread pitch; a 12x1.25 lug nut will not properly torque on a 14x1.5 stud. The Y63 (2025 and up) stays on 14x1.5. Why the Armada Generation Determines Wheel Fit

The Armada is a full-size body-on-frame SUV across every generation, but the platform underneath has changed twice. The 1st gen TA60 (2004-2015) was the Titan-based original Armada, the only Armada built on the F-Alpha truck platform. The 2017 Y62 redesign moved the Armada onto the global Patrol Y62 platform. That is the generation where the Patrol and QX80 platform-sibling fact becomes direct, and where the lug thread pitch changed to 14x1.5. The Y63 (2025 and up) is the latest Patrol-based redesign and is brand new to the market; our 18 to 26 inch diameter and 8.5 to 10 inch width window on the Y63 is initial-measurement and we expect to tighten it as we work more Y63 builds. Each Armada generation has its own measured offset window, and the Armada is square front and rear across the entire lineup.

From the 2017 Y62 forward, the Armada is the US-market name for the Nissan Patrol Y62 and a same-chassis platform sibling of the Infiniti QX80 Y62. All three vehicles share the underlying architecture, the 6x139.7 bolt pattern, the 77.8mm hub bore, and the 14x1.5 thread, and the bolt-on fitment is direct.
