The bolt math says wheels could cross between the Tonale and the Giulia or Stelvio. They cannot. The Tonale uses M12x1.25 lug bolts, the Stellantis compact platform convention, where the Giulia and Stelvio use the larger M14x1.5 thread. The lug bolt difference means a Giulia or Stelvio wheel will not safely mount on a Tonale even though the bolt pattern looks the same. The thread spec must match for the lug bolts to engage correctly and hold torque.

The Tonale uses lug bolts threaded directly into the hub, not studs and nuts. This is the European convention and Stellantis follows it on the Small Wide LWB platform. Because there is no stud to pre align the wheel during mounting, the centerbore handles the centering job at speed. The Tonale is offered with all wheel drive standard in the U.S. market across the Sprint, Ti, and Veloce trims. The Veloce trim adds a plug in hybrid powertrain.
