The Buick Rendezvous Bolt Pattern

The Rendezvous runs the 5x115 bolt pattern with a 70.3mm hub bore across every production year (2002 through 2007). Lug count is 5. Thread pitch is M12x1.5. Lug type is conical seat (lug nuts, not bolts). This is the same 5x115 / 70.3mm spec used across most modern Buick platforms, including the Lucerne, LaCrosse, and Regal, and the bolt-on architecture lines up across those platforms (though brake clearance and offset windows differ).

A note on imperial nicknames. The 5x4.5 imperial label refers to 5x114.3 alone. 114.3mm equals exactly 4.5 inches, which is where the imperial name comes from. The Rendezvous is 5x115 specifically. It is not 5x114.3, and the imperial 5x4.5 nickname does not apply. The 5x115 and 5x114.3 bolt circles differ by only 0.7mm but the studs do not seat correctly across patterns and the wheels do not safely interchange. Force-fitting a 5x114.3 wheel onto a Rendezvous hub puts stress on the studs that will eventually fail. Confirm the 5x115 pattern before ordering. Why the Rendezvous Was Buick's First Crossover

The Rendezvous debuted for the 2002 model year as Buick's first entry into the crossover segment. It sat on the GM U-body platform alongside other GM mid-size crossovers and minivans of the era. The Rendezvous was offered with a 3.4L V6 (CX), a 3.6L V6 (CXL), and a 3.6L V6 with all wheel drive in higher trims, including the top CXL Ultra. The Ultra trim added leather, a heads up display, and other premium content that positioned it as the flagship Rendezvous. The Rendezvous also offered an optional third row, which made it a credible family hauler at a time when crossovers were just starting to displace minivans.

Buick discontinued the Rendezvous after the 2007 model year and replaced it for 2008 with the Enclave, which moved Buick's crossover slot up-market and onto the larger Lambda platform shared with the Chevrolet Traverse and GMC Acadia. Fitment on the Rendezvous is straightforward by Buick standards. One generation, one bolt pattern, one hub bore, no Brembo variant.
