The Cadillac XT4 is the smallest crossover in the Cadillac SUV lineup. It launched for the 2019 model year and is currently produced. The XT4 sits on the GM E2XX compact crossover architecture and runs a 5x120 bolt pattern with a 66.9mm hub bore in our catalog. The split on the XT4 is by trim level (Sport and Premium Luxury) but bolt pattern, hub bore, and our measured aftermarket window stay consistent across trims. Fitment is square front-to-rear (the catalog flags this as FT=1, non-staggered) and the diameter window runs from 18 inch through 22 inch. The XT4 is a five-lug platform. The larger XT5 (mid-size two-row) and XT6 (full-size three-row) crossovers in the Cadillac lineup are on the GM C1XX platform and use a six-lug 6x120 pattern, which is a meaningful distinction: wheels do NOT cross between the XT4 and the XT5 or XT6 because the lug counts are different. The Cadillac XT4 Bolt Pattern

Every Cadillac XT4 uses 5x120 with a 66.9mm hub bore (2019 and up). Thread pitch is M14x1.5 and the factory hardware is lug nuts. The five-lug 5x120 pattern matches the larger Cadillac CT5 sedan (also 5x120 / 66.9mm) on the bolt math, but the chassis geometry, brake package, and offset window are different enough that a CT5 wheel does not automatically work on an XT4. Trim level (Sport vs Premium Luxury) does not change the bolt pattern or the wheel fitment window on the XT4 in our catalog.

A common point of confusion on the Cadillac SUV side: the XT5 and XT6, which are larger crossovers on the GM C1XX platform, use a six-lug 6x120 pattern (not 5x120). The XT4 is the only five-lug crossover in the current Cadillac SUV range. If you are shopping wheels that were originally fit-tested on an XT5 or an XT6, they do not interchange with an XT4. The Cadillac hub bore on the XT4 (66.9mm) also does not match the BMW 5x120 hub bore (72.56mm), so wheels that were sized for a BMW 5x120 hub will need a hub centric ring to land properly on an XT4. Why the XT4 is a Square Fitment and What Sizes Fit

The XT4 runs square fitment from the factory and we recommend keeping it square in the aftermarket. Same width front and rear, same diameter front and rear. The catalog flags the XT4 as non-staggered for a reason: the factory track is the same width front and rear, all-wheel-drive variants need to rotate tires evenly across all four corners, and a staggered build creates problems with both even tire wear and the available wheel selection. Our measured aftermarket width window is 8 inch through 9 inch on all four corners. The diameter window runs from 18 inch through 22 inch.

The XT4 came from the factory on wheels in the 18 to 20 inch range depending on trim and year. In the aftermarket, 19 and 20 inch are the most common picks, with 21 and 22 inch available for buyers who want the larger-wheel look. Above 20 inch on a compact crossover, tire sidewall thins and ride comfort drops noticeably. We will not push you to a bigger wheel than the build calls for.
