The gas Cruze runs 5x105 with a 56.5mm hub bore on both generations. The 1st gen J300 (2011-2015) and the 2nd gen J400 (2016-2019) share the same bolt pattern, the same 5-lug spec, the same 12x1.5 thread, and the same hub bore. Wheels carry across the two generations cleanly on the gas car. The 5x105 pattern is shared with the Chevrolet Sonic and the older Chevrolet Bolt EV, plus a handful of European Opel platforms (Astra J, Insignia A). It is not a common American aftermarket pattern, which means the wheel selection on a Cruze is narrower than on a more popular 5-lug pattern like 5x114.3.

The 2014-2015 Cruze Turbo Diesel is the exception. The diesel car runs 5x115 with a 70.3mm hub bore. Different bolt circle, different hub bore, same 12x1.5 thread as the gas car. Gas-Cruze 5x105 wheels do not bolt onto a Turbo Diesel hub. The diesel uses the same bolt-pattern family as the larger 5x115 GM cars (Malibu, Impala 9th gen), but the hub bore, brake clearance, and fender geometry are specific to the Cruze platform, so wheels still need to be confirmed for the Turbo Diesel directly. One more detail. 5x115 is NOT the same as 5x114.3. The two patterns sit roughly 0.7mm apart on the hub circle. The 5x4.5 imperial nickname (114.3mm = 4.5 inch) refers ONLY to 5x114.3, not to 5x115. Why Cruze Fitment Varies by Engine and Year

The Cruze nameplate covered two distinct generations and two distinct engine families during its eight year run. The 1st gen J300 (2011-2015) is the sedan-only original. The 2nd gen J400 (2016-2019) added the hatchback body style alongside the sedan and is the version Chevrolet kept in showrooms until the 2019 production end. Trims (LS, LT, Premier, RS package, Diesel) split the lineup by content and powertrain, not by wheel hub. Within the gas car the LS, LT, Premier, and RS trims all share the same 5x105 / 56.5mm spec. The Cruze RS is a trim and appearance package, not a separate fitment row. The Cruze Turbo Diesel offered in 2014 and 2015 is the only model year combination that splits off into its own fitment box, because the diesel hardware demanded a stronger hub and Chevrolet specced it on the 5x115 pattern.
