The 2006-2011 Chevrolet HHR uses a 5x110 bolt pattern with a 65.1mm hub bore and an M12x1.5 lug thread. 5x110 is the same pattern Chevrolet specced on the Cobalt SS and Cobalt Sport of the same era, since both cars share the GM Delta architecture. 5x110 is also the pattern used on the 2004-2012 Chevrolet Malibu in the Delta-platform era of that nameplate. Worth flagging because the GM Delta cars are one of the few American platforms that use 5x110, and the pattern is uncommon enough that you cannot pull wheels off most other American compacts and expect them to bolt up.

Important distinction: 5x110 is NOT the same as 5x114.3, and it is NOT the same as 5x115. 5x110 and 5x114.3 sit roughly 4mm apart on the hub circle, which is enough that the studs will not align cleanly through the wheel's lug holes. The 5x4.5 imperial nickname (114.3mm = 4.5 inch) refers only to 5x114.3, not to 5x110. The HHR is 5x110 specifically. Confirm any wheel listing says 5x110 before ordering. Why HHR Fitment Is Stable Across Every Trim

The HHR ran the same Delta platform across every trim from launch in 2006 through final production in 2011. Base, LS, LT, panel-van, and SS variants of the same model year share the same bolt pattern, hub bore, lug thread, and aftermarket diameter window. The HHR SS, introduced in 2008 with the turbocharged Ecotec, did ship with an upgraded factory brake package up front to handle the extra power. Front brake larger than rear on the SS is the normal configuration for a turbocharged performance variant. The SS sits inside the same 15 to 20 inch aftermarket diameter range as the rest of the HHR lineup in our catalog, which means most wheels that fit a base HHR also fit an SS.

Worth noting about the panel-van: the panel HHR is the same chassis, same suspension, and same hub as the standard wagon, with the rear quarter glass swapped for body-colored sheet metal. Fitment translates exactly. A wheel that fits a 2008 LT HHR fits a 2008 panel HHR of the same model year. The panel variant is the commercial-use HHR Chevrolet sold to fleet customers and tradespeople. We measure each variant directly so the catalog reflects what actually clears on the car.
