The fastest way to confirm what is under your S-10 is to count the lug studs on one wheel. Five studs in the 5x120.7 pattern is what you'll find on a stock S-10. If your truck has been swapped to a different rear axle (some pro-touring builds run a Ford 9 inch or a GM 12-bolt with a different bolt pattern), the bolt pattern can shift. Why S-10 Drivetrain and Ride Height Change the Fitment

The 2WD and 4WD S-10 are different fitment platforms even though they share the bolt pattern. The 2WD truck has a lower front ride height, a different front suspension geometry, and a tighter wheel well clearance against the inner fender. The 4WD truck has the front differential and transfer case tucked between the frame rails, a taller ride height, and a different offset window because the wheel sits further out from the hub face on most 4WD configurations. A wheel that fits a 2WD S-10 cleanly will often sit too deep on a 4WD S-10, and a wheel built for a 4WD will poke past the fender on a 2WD.
