The modern Trailblazer (2021 and up) is a small unibody crossover on the GM VSS-S platform, sharing chassis with the Buick Encore GX, and it runs 5x115 with a 70.2mm hub bore. The Chevrolet Trailblazer Bolt Pattern

The lug count is 6, the thread pitch is M12x1.5, and the lug type is a standard tapered nut. 6x127 is the GM GMT360 mid-size SUV pattern of that era, also used on the GMC Envoy (the Trailblazer's GMC twin), the Buick Rainier, the Saab 9-7X, the Oldsmobile Bravada, and the Isuzu Ascender. The Chevy Colorado of the same era is a different platform (GMT355) running 6x139.7 with a 100.3mm hub bore, so Colorado wheels do not cross to the Trailblazer. Within the GMT360 family itself the wheels generally cross.

The 2021 and up Trailblazer runs 5x115 with a 70.2mm hub bore. The lug count is 5, the thread pitch is M12x1.5. 5x115 is the standard small GM crossover pattern of the current era, shared with the Buick Encore GX which sits on the same VSS-S unibody platform. The lug count alone is the fastest way to identify your Trailblazer. Six lug studs means the 2002-2009 truck. Five lug studs means the modern crossover. The two never interchange. Why the Two Trailblazer Eras Are Different Vehicles

The 2002-2009 Trailblazer was a body-on-frame mid-size SUV with rear-wheel-drive standard and four-wheel-drive optional, a 4.2 inline-six (or a 5.3 V8 on the EXT and the LT), and a curb weight around 4,500 pounds. The Trailblazer SS (2006-2009) added a 6.0 LS2 V8, lower ride height, and stiffer suspension while staying on the same body-on-frame architecture. These trucks fit in the same wheel pool as their GMT360 platform-mates like the GMC Envoy.

The 2021 and up Trailblazer is a completely different vehicle that reuses the name. It is a small unibody crossover on GM's VSS-S platform, with front-wheel-drive standard and all-wheel-drive optional, a turbocharged three-cylinder or four-cylinder engine, and a curb weight closer to 3,200 pounds. The modern Trailblazer is the same-chassis sibling of the Buick Encore GX. The RS and ACTIV trims add appearance and lifted-look packages but do not change the bolt-on architecture. The wheel and tire fitment box is much narrower than the body-on-frame truck simply because the vehicle is smaller, lighter, and lower. Confirm which Trailblazer you have before ordering.
