The Ferrari 575M Maranello is the front engine V12 grand tourer Ferrari built from 2002 through 2006 as the successor to the 550 Maranello and the predecessor to the 599 GTB Fiorano. The 575M ran a 5.7L naturally aspirated V12 in rear wheel drive form across the coupe body style, with the limited Superamerica retractable hardtop convertible offered late in the run. The 575M uses 5x108 with a 67.1mm hub bore and M14x1.5 lug bolts, which is the older Ferrari bolt pattern shared with the 360 and the F430. Ferrari moved off 5x108 when the lineup shifted to 5x114.3 with the 612 Scaglietti and the 458, so the 575M sits at the end of the 5x108 era. The 575M is factory staggered with a wider rear wheel than the front because the front mounted V12 puts the drivetrain mass forward and the rear axle handles the power delivery. The Ferrari 575M Bolt Pattern and Hub Bore

Every Ferrari 575M Maranello from 2002 through 2006 runs 5x108 with a 67.1mm hub bore and M14x1.5 lug bolts. The 5x108 pattern is the older Ferrari spec, shared with the 360 (1999-2005) and the F430 (2005-2009). Ferrari moved off 5x108 when the lineup shifted to the modern 5x114.3 with the 612 Scaglietti and the 458. The 5x108 pattern is not the same as 5x114.3, the modern Ferrari pattern used on the 458, 488, F8, 612, 812, and the rest of the current lineup. The two patterns are 6.3mm apart and will not interchange. A 458 wheel will not bolt onto a 575M and a 575M wheel will not bolt onto a 458.

The 5x108 pattern is shared with a handful of other European platforms including the older Volvo lineup, certain Jaguar models, and some Ford Europe cars. That shared math does not mean the wheel offsets cross. A Volvo 5x108 wheel is engineered for the Volvo fender and brake package and will not generally clear the 575M brake or sit correctly in the 575M fender. Stick to wheels that are explicitly listed as fitting the Ferrari 575M, the 360, or the F430. The 67.1mm hub bore is the Ferrari centerbore and aftermarket wheels designed for the broader 5x108 market often run a larger centerbore and need hub centric rings to step down to 67.1mm on the 575M.

The lug spec is M14x1.5 bolts (not studs with separate nuts). Ferrari threads lug bolts directly into the hub the same way most European manufacturers do. There is no stud to pre align the wheel before tightening, so the hub centric fit matters more on a 575M than on a stud and nut car. Why the 575M Brake Package and Rear Weight Bias Shape the Wheel Choice

The 575M Maranello shipped with a steel Brembo brake package as standard across the production run. The 575M predates the carbon ceramic era at Ferrari, so wheel buyers on this platform are working with a steel Brembo brake setup as the default configuration. The front brake is larger than the rear on the 575M, which is normal on a performance grand tourer of this caliber. The front axle handles the majority of the braking load on a front engine, rear drive V12 and Ferrari scaled the front rotor and caliper accordingly.

The 575M is factory staggered with a wider rear wheel and a wider rear tire than the front. Ferrari built the 575M around a front mounted 5.7L V12 with rear wheel drive, putting the drivetrain mass forward of the cabin and the power delivery at the rear axle. The factory ships a noticeably wider rear wheel to plant the V12's output and balance the visual stance, and the aftermarket window respects that staggered geometry. Square setups (same width front and rear) are not how the 575M is meant to run. Most 575M wheel selection in the aftermarket leans toward classic five spoke and split spoke designs that fit the grand tourer character of the car rather than aggressive concave or deep lip styles that read more contemporary.
