The GMC Envoy is GM's mid-size body-on-frame SUV from the GMT360 era, built from 2003 through 2009 and the GMC-badged version of the Chevrolet Trailblazer. The bolt pattern is 6x127 (the 6x5.0 imperial nickname, where 127mm equals 5.0 inches) with a 78.1mm hub bore, M12x1.5 thread pitch, and 6 lug. This is the same 6-lug pattern GM used on the entire GMT360 family: the Chevrolet Trailblazer, Buick Rainier, Isuzu Ascender, Saab 9-7X, and Oldsmobile Bravada. The 6x127 pattern is specific to the GMT360 generation. The Envoy XL (the long-wheelbase three-row variant, 2003-2006) and the Envoy XUV (the unusual midgate-roof variant, 2004-2005) share the same bolt pattern. The GMC Envoy Bolt Pattern and Hub Specs

Every 2003-2009 GMC Envoy uses the 6x127 bolt pattern. 6x127 is the imperial 6x5.0 nickname (127mm equals 5.0 inches), a 6-lug pattern that GM applied to the entire GMT360 SUV family. The hub bore is 78.1mm. Thread pitch is M12x1.5. Six lugs, 5-inch stud spacing, just under 80mm hub centering. This is a moderately common GM 6-lug specification and aftermarket selection on the GMT360 platform is good, especially in the 17 to 22 inch diameter range our catalog covers.

The 6x127 pattern is NOT the same as 6x139.7 (the 6x5.5 pattern used on the larger GM 1500 trucks of the same era). The two are easy to confuse because both are 6-lug GM SUV patterns, but the stud spacing is different by 12.7mm at the bolt circle and the wheels do not bolt across. A wheel built for a 2007 Sierra 1500 will not fit a 2007 Envoy even though both are GMC SUVs of the same era with 6 lugs. Confirm the listing was measured against the Envoy.

All Envoy variants share the 6x127 bolt pattern. That includes the standard-wheelbase Envoy (2003-2009), the long-wheelbase Envoy XL three-row (2003-2006), and the midgate-roof Envoy XUV (2004-2005). Denali is an appearance trim within the standard Envoy, not a platform change. The Envoy XL and XUV use the same hub bore and thread pitch as the standard Envoy, just on a longer wheelbase. Envoy vs Trailblazer, the GMT360 Family, and Denali Trim

The GMC Envoy and the Chevrolet Trailblazer are the same SUV under different brands, on every year from 2003 through 2009. The bolt pattern matches across the two SUVs: 6x127 on every variant, 78.1mm hub bore, M12x1.5 thread. The GMT360 platform was also shared with the Buick Rainier (2004-2007), Isuzu Ascender (2003-2008, on a different badging schedule), Saab 9-7X (2005-2009), and Oldsmobile Bravada (2002-2004, the last Oldsmobile vehicle). All six vehicles share the wheel-to-hub interface. A wheel measured against any of them at the same diameter and width can cross to the Envoy.

Inside the Envoy lineup, the Denali trim was a luxury appearance upgrade. It shares the bolt pattern, hub bore, brake clearance, and aftermarket window of the standard Envoy of the same year. Denali Envoys typically shipped on 18 inch or 20 inch factory wheels, which is the larger end of the OEM offering and a popular reference point for aftermarket upgrades. The Envoy XL three-row body and the Envoy XUV midgate body share the standard Envoy's bolt pattern and hub bore. Wheel selection for XL and XUV is identical to standard Envoy fitment for any given diameter and width inside our measured window.

How We Confirm Fitment on GMC Envoy Wheels

For the Envoy that means clearance from the wheel to the front fender lip, gap between the back of the wheel and the front suspension and brake components, brake caliper height confirmation against the factory 17 inch caliper package, hub protrusion and bore confirmation against the 78.1mm hub, lug seat geometry on the M12x1.5 thread, and turning clearance at full lock on the larger 22 inch diameters.
