5x120.65 is a distinct pattern. It is not 5x120, it is not 5x114.3, and it is not 5x127. The closest visually similar pattern is 5x120 (used on modern GM crossovers and on the GM rear wheel drive cars like the Pontiac G8), but the 0.65mm difference is enough to stress the studs and prevent the wheel from hub centering correctly.
