Element Wheels measures fitment across both generations: the first-generation AZ10 NX 200t and NX 300 (2015-2021) and the second-generation AZ20 NX 250, NX 350, NX 350h, and NX 450h+ plug-in hybrid (2022 and up). Bolt pattern is constant across the platform. Every NX uses 5x114.3 with a 60.1mm hub bore, with M12x1.5 lug spec. Two things are worth knowing at the platform level. The NX has run matched front-and-rear brake hardware across both generations, including the F SPORT trim option per our catalog, so there is no front-brake-larger-than-rear constraint to design around. And the aftermarket diameter floor stepped up between generations. The AZ10 accepts a 17 inch wheel as a minimum. The Lexus NX Bolt Pattern

Every Lexus NX uses 5x114.3 with a 60.1mm hub bore. That holds across both the AZ10 NX 200t and NX 300 (2015-2021) and the current AZ20 NX 250, NX 350, NX 350h, and NX 450h+ plug-in hybrid (2022 and up). Lug spec is M12x1.5 on both generations. The 5x114.3 pattern is also written as 5x4.5 in imperial, because 114.3mm equals 4.5 inches. That imperial nickname refers ONLY to 5x114.3 and not to 5x115. A wheel listed for 5x115 (current Chrysler 300, Dodge Charger LX, certain Mustang trims) will NOT bolt onto a Lexus NX, even though the difference reads as less than a millimeter; the lug-stress geometry is different and the wheel is not safe on the NX hub.

The NX shares its 5x114.3 / 60.1mm bolt pattern with the Lexus IS, GS, ES, RC, RX, and the older Lexus crossovers. The 5x114.3 / 60.1mm combination is the dominant Lexus passenger-car and crossover spec; only the full-size LS sedan (LS 460 and LS 500), the LC grand tourer, and the full-size LX SUV depart from it. That makes the NX bolt pattern broadly interchangeable across the Lexus catalog at the lug-circle level, with the caveat that brake clearance, fender clearance, and offset windows are platform-specific and we measure them separately. AZ10 vs AZ20: What Changed Between Generations

The AZ10 NX (2015-2021) was Lexus's first compact luxury crossover, sized to slot under the larger RX. The lineup ran the turbocharged NX 200t (2015-2017), the badge change to NX 300 (2018-2021), and the NX 300h hybrid alongside. Factory wheels shipped at 17 or 18 inch depending on trim. The AZ20 NX (2022 and up) is a ground-up redesign on Toyota's TNGA-K platform, expanding the lineup to four powertrains: the NX 250 base front-wheel-drive, the NX 350 turbo all-wheel-drive, the NX 350h hybrid, and the NX 450h+ plug-in hybrid. The current AZ20 ships standard on 18 or 20 inch factory wheels and the F SPORT trim option lifts the spec further.

Brake hardware on both generations is matched front-to-rear per our measurements. The NX is positioned as a luxury crossover rather than a performance SUV, and Lexus did not step the front brake up over the rear even on the F SPORT trim option. That keeps the aftermarket fitment window simpler than on the IS 350, IS F, or IS 500 F Sport Performance sedans, where the front brake is larger and the wheel needs more inner-barrel clearance up front. On the NX the same wheel can run all four corners without front-axle worry.
