Lexus Aftermarket Wheel Fitment
Lexus is one of the higher volume Japanese luxury platforms in our customer base, anchored by the IS, ES, RX, GS, and LS sedans plus the GX and LX SUVs and the LC and RC enthusiast coupes. The IS F-Sport and RC F carry the enthusiast aftermarket volume on the car side. The LX is the full size SUV based on the Toyota Land Cruiser. The GX shares its chassis with the Toyota 4Runner. Lexus fitment splits by vehicle class, much like the parent Toyota lineup. The sedan and crossover lineup (IS, ES, GS, RC, NX, RX, UX, RZ, SC, HS, most LS generations) uses 5x114.3 shared with the Toyota mainstream cars. The LX and TX use 5x150 shared with the Land Cruiser and full size Tundra. The GX uses 6x139.7 shared with the 4Runner and older Tacoma. The LC and modern LS run 5x120 on the Lexus halo platform. The early CT 200h used 5x100 on the Prius platform. Element Wheels has measured fitment across the majority of Lexus platforms in our 16-model catalog so the wheels we show you have been validated for your exact chassis and brake setup. Pick your Lexus model below and you can rest assured the wheels and rims will fit the way you want every time.

Complete Lexus Lineup
The Lexus Bolt Pattern Landscape
Lexus splits by vehicle class like the parent Toyota lineup. The car lineup runs 5x114.3, the LX and TX run 5x150, the GX runs 6x139.7, and the LC and modern LS sit on their own 5x120 pattern.
Lexus bolt patterns at a glance
Lexus sedan and crossover lineup (IS, ES, GS, RC, NX, RX, UX, RZ, SC, HS, most LS generations): 5x114.3 (also called 5x4.5). The Lexus mainstream pattern shared with the Toyota mainstream cars and crossovers.
Lexus LX 470 (1998-2007), LX 570 (2008-2021), and TX (2024-2026): 5x150. Shared with the Toyota Land Cruiser and full size Tundra of the same eras.
Lexus LX 450 (1996-1997) and LX 600 (2022-2026): 6x139.7. The current LX 600 returned to 6x139.7 on the new J300 platform after two generations on 5x150.
Lexus GX (2003-2026): 6x139.7 (also called 6x5.5). Shared with the Toyota 4Runner and older Tacoma because the GX is built on the 4Runner chassis.
Lexus LC (2018-2026) and modern LS (2018-2026): 5x120. The Lexus halo coupe and flagship sedan platform pattern.
Lexus CT 200h (2011-2017): 5x100. The Toyota Prius platform pattern.
The biggest cross shopping surprise on Lexus is the LX history. The LX 470 and LX 570 (1998-2021) ran 5x150 with the full size Toyota Land Cruiser and Tundra. The current LX 600 (2022-2026) returned to 6x139.7 on the new J300 chassis. The GX has used 6x139.7 across its history (mid size truck pattern). The LC on 5x120 is the only Lexus halo platform with that specific pattern.
Lexus IS F-Sport, RC F, and the LX/GX Truck Split
The IS F-Sport and RC F are the Lexus brake clearance challenge on the car side. The IS F-Sport runs larger front brakes than the base IS. The RC F runs Brembo 6 piston front calipers paired with the largest rotors in the Lexus car lineup. The GS-F sits at the same level as the RC F. A wheel that fits a base IS will not always clear the IS F-Sport or RC F brake caliper. Each performance trim is tracked separately because of these clearance differences.
The LX and GX SUV split is the Lexus truck side. The LX is the full size SUV based on the Toyota Land Cruiser and runs 5x150 on the modern generations. The GX is the mid size SUV based on the Toyota 4Runner and runs 6x139.7. The two SUVs do not share wheels even though both are Lexus. The LX 470 (1998-2007) used 6x139.7 before the LX 570 moved to 5x150 for the 2008 model year, which mirrors the Tundra and Sequoia transition.
The LC and modern LS sit on the Lexus halo platform with 5x120. The LC 500 and LC 500h share the same bolt pattern. The modern LS (fifth generation, 2018 and newer) moved to 5x120 from the previous 5x114.3, so an older LS wheel will not cross to a 2018 LS. Each generation is tracked separately for this reason.
How Element handles Lexus fitment
The IS F-Sport, RC F, GS-F, and LC 500 are each tracked separately from the base trims because of the larger brake setup. The LX is tracked separately on the 5x150 full size truck pattern. The GX is tracked separately on the 6x139.7 mid size truck pattern. The LC and modern LS are tracked on the 5x120 halo platform. Every recommendation is validated against the actual brake and chassis combination on your car or truck.
How We Confirm Fitment
Element Wheels measures fitment on Lexus models we sell wheels for. For each chassis and brake combination we measure clearance from the wheel to the fender, gap between the back of the wheel and any suspension components, brake caliper height, hub protrusion, lug height, and how much room the front wheel has when turning lock to lock. We do this on the car, not from a spec sheet.
That measurement work covers the most active Lexus platforms across the catalog. The IS F-Sport, RC F, GS-F, and LC 500 are each tracked separately from the base trims because of the larger brake setup. The LX is tracked separately on the 5x150 full size truck pattern (with the older LX 470 on 6x139.7). The GX is tracked separately on the 6x139.7 mid size truck pattern. The modern LS (2018+) is tracked on the 5x120 platform separate from the older 5x114.3 LS generations.
Every wheel we recommend is backed by our Fitment Guarantee. If a wheel does not fit, we pick up the wheels and refund 100 percent. No risk to you.
Lexus Wheel and Rim FAQ
What is the most popular Lexus aftermarket platform?
The IS leads Lexus aftermarket volume on the car side, followed by the ES, RC, GS, and LC. The RX leads the crossover side. The LX and GX lead the SUV side. The IS F-Sport and RC F carry the enthusiast volume.
What is the Lexus bolt pattern?
It depends on the model. The car lineup (IS, ES, GS, RC, NX, RX, UX, RZ, SC, HS, older LS) uses 5x114.3. The LX and TX use 5x150. The GX uses 6x139.7. The LC and modern LS (2018+) use 5x120. The early CT 200h used 5x100.
Will IS wheels fit an ES or RX?
Yes. The IS, ES, RX, and most modern Lexus cars share the 5x114.3 bolt pattern. Brake clearance and offset windows differ across body styles and trims, especially on the IS F-Sport and RC F. Confirm offset and brake specs when cross shopping.
Will LX wheels fit a GX?
No. The LX uses 5x150 (full size truck pattern). The GX uses 6x139.7 (mid size truck pattern). Different bolt patterns and different lug counts. The wheels do not cross between the two Lexus SUVs.
Will Toyota Tundra wheels fit a Lexus LX?
Yes, on the modern LX 570 and LX 600 (2008 and newer) and the second and third generation Tundra. Both use 5x150. Offset windows differ slightly between the LX and Tundra because of the SUV versus pickup body style. Confirm offset before assuming the wheel will sit correctly.
Will Toyota 4Runner wheels fit a Lexus GX?
Yes. The GX and 4Runner share the chassis underneath and the 6x139.7 bolt pattern. Offset windows are similar. The GX runs a slightly different ride height and brake setup than the 4Runner, so offset confirmation is important.
Are Lexus wheels staggered?
Many Lexus cars ship staggered from the factory because the rear wheel drive platforms support a wider rear wheel. The IS, GS, RC, LC, and LS all ship staggered or staggered-optional. The ES, NX, RX, UX, and SUVs ship square. Aftermarket staggered builds are common on the IS, RC, and LC.
How do I find wheels for my specific Lexus?
Pick your Lexus model from the list above. Each model page covers the generations we have measured, with bolt pattern, offset window, and fitment specifics for each year range and trim. If you are not sure which generation or trim you have, our team can identify your exact configuration from your VIN.
