Wheels listed for a 5x114.3 vehicle will not fit a 5x108 Lincoln LS even though both are five lug.

The LS was built on the DEW98 platform, the same chassis architecture as the 2000-2008 Jaguar S-Type and the 2002-2005 Ford Thunderbird Mk 11 convertible. The Lincoln and the Jaguar share the wheel spec on this chassis. Both run 5x108 with a 63.36mm hub bore and M12x1.5 lug nuts in our catalog, so the bolt math matches between an LS and an S-Type of the same era. What is different car by car is the offset window and the brake clearance window, which we measure separately on each platform. A wheel built for the Jaguar S-Type at 5x108 has the right pattern to mount on an LS, but we recommend confirming the offset before swapping wheels between the two cars.
