The 2006-2011 Mazda 5 (CR) accepts 17 to 20 inch diameters and a 7 to 8 inch width square. The 2012-2015 Mazda 5 (CW) accepts 17 to 19 inch diameters with a slightly wider 7 to 9 inch width square at the upper end. The 1st generation can go further in diameter, the 2nd generation can go wider, both at the same lug pattern.

The Mazda 5 is built on the Mazda C-platform, the same compact architecture that underpins the 2004-2013 Mazda 3. The two cars share the bolt pattern and hub bore as a result.
