Why the Titan Generation and the XD Trim Change the Window

The two Titan generations share a bolt pattern and a hub bore but ride on different platforms. The 1st gen A60 (2004-2015) is the original Titan, an all-new full-size pickup that launched the nameplate. The 2nd gen A61 (2017-2024) is a clean-sheet design that added the Titan XD variant at launch. Nissan skipped the 2016 model year between generations. On stock heights both generations land in similar diameter windows on the Non-XD side. The Titan XD, sold from the 2016 model year onward as a heavy-duty variant on a longer frame, has a tighter diameter window (18 to 20 inch on stock height) because of the larger brake and heavier-duty hub assembly. The XD also runs an M14x1.5 thread pitch on the lug studs, where the standard Non-XD Titan runs M12x1.25. If you have an XD, your lug nuts and bolts are not interchangeable with the Non-XD.
