The Pontiac Sunfire Bolt Pattern

The 1995-2004 Sunfire uses a 5x100 bolt pattern with a 57.1mm hub bore and an M12x1.5 lug thread. 5x100 is a compact car bolt pattern used widely across GM J-body cars, Subaru, Volkswagen, Toyota, and Scion of the same era. The same 5x100 spec appears on the Chevrolet Cavalier (1991-2004), which is the same J-body chassis as the Sunfire. The 57.1mm hub bore is the GM J-body hub diameter and is also shared with the Cavalier.

Important distinction: 5x100 is a compact-car bolt pattern. It is NOT interchangeable with 5x114.3 and not interchangeable with 5x115. The 5x4.5 imperial nickname (4.5 inch equals 114.3mm) refers to 5x114.3 only and does not cross over to 5x100 either. The Sunfire is 5x100 specifically.
