Rosenstein Wheels

Rosenstein Wheels provide affordable high-performance wheels that will improve structureal integrity and vehicles overall detascratch-resistant finish for an attractive, long-lasting look.  In addition, Rosenstein Wheels recently introduced a new line of Lightweight flow-formed construction for reduced weight and rotational mass.

Who is Rosenstein?

As the automotive industry expands, more and more wheels are introduced to the market. And, in order to maintain a competitive advantage, wheel manufacturers are continuously working to enhance wheel designs and make them lighter while yet being durable. Rosenstein isn't an outlier. The company has been at the forefront of wheel design and production since its inception! The phrase that represents Rosenstein's concept and approach is "When Performance Meets Class." The company can make incredibly strong and lightweight aluminum alloy wheels that aren't too expensive thanks to innovative flow-forming technology. Furthermore, Rosenstein wheels have an attractive five-spoke or multi-spoke design that will undoubtedly give your valued asset a touch of refined luxury.

How are Rosenstein wheels made?

To develop wheels that outperform and outlast the competition, Rosenstein recognizes the importance of thorough quality control at each stage of production. Even before the manufacturing process begins, Rosenstein's experts thoroughly examine aluminum alloy samples to verify that they have the correct amount of each metal alloy. The aluminum is then melted and poured into the mold. Cooling lines are built into the mold to efficiently regulate cooling temperature and, as a result, improve the wheel structure. The cast wheel is subsequently heat-treated, which strengthens the structure even more. The wheel barrel and face are carved out using CNC lathe equipment after the treatment. The Rosenstein team then attaches the wheel to the flow form machine and uses high pressure and a hot flame to the wheel barrel while the wheel is constantly spinning. This process stretches the barrel making it lighter and denser.

Are Rosenstein wheels good?

Yes! Rosenstein wheels are ideal for both everyday use and high-performance applications. They aid acceleration, braking, and handling while remaining rigid enough to withstand the worst conditions.
