Toyota C-HR Aftermarket Wheel Fitment

The Toyota C-HR is the subcompact crossover Toyota sold in the US market from the 2018 through the 2022 model year. It is built on Toyota's TNGA-C subcompact platform (also written GA-C), a chassis architecture shared with the Lexus UX and the Toyota Corolla Cross. The US C-HR is a single-generation, front-wheel-drive-only model. Every US C-HR runs 5x114.3 with a 60.1mm hub bore, an M12x1.5 lug thread, and a matched front and rear brake. Element Wheels measures the C-HR directly and publishes a 17-20 inch aftermarket diameter window with square (matched front and rear) widths in the 7.5-8.5 inch range. Pick your year below for the fitment specs that apply to your specific C-HR.

Find Your Toyota C-HR

Toyota sold one generation of the C-HR in the US, from the 2018 model year through 2022 when the model was discontinued in this market and replaced by the Corolla Cross. The bolt pattern is 5x114.3 with a 60.1mm hub bore on every US C-HR trim and year. Front-wheel-drive only in the US.

The Toyota C-HR Bolt Pattern

Every Toyota C-HR built for the US market (2018-2022) uses 5x114.3 with a 60.1mm hub bore. The 5x114.3 pattern is also written as 5x4.5 in imperial because 114.3mm equals 4.5 inches exactly. That imperial nickname refers ONLY to 5x114.3. It does NOT refer to 5x115, which is a different pattern used on Chrysler 300, Dodge Charger LX, and similar American sedans. The two patterns sit about 0.7mm apart on the bolt circle and are not interchangeable. A 5x115 wheel will not bolt onto a C-HR, and forcing it produces uneven lug seating, lug stress, and a real risk of wheel separation.

The 5x114.3 / 60.1mm combination is the Toyota family hub spec. It is shared with the Camry, RAV4, Sienna, Highlander, Avalon, and most modern Toyota cars and crossovers, as well as the Lexus UX and the Toyota Corolla Cross built on the same TNGA-C subcompact platform as the C-HR. Wheels listed for any 5x114.3 / 60.1mm Toyota physically bolt to the C-HR at the hub level. What changes between platforms is the offset window, the brake clearance, and the fender room. A wheel built for a larger Toyota crossover may sit too deep on a C-HR, and a wheel built for a Camry sedan may not clear the C-HR fender the same way. We measure each platform separately. Compare across the rest of the Toyota lineup at our Toyota wheels and rims hub.

Same TNGA-C Platform as the Lexus UX and Toyota Corolla Cross

Under the body, the C-HR is built on Toyota's TNGA-C (also written GA-C) subcompact architecture. TNGA-C is the small-car branch of the Toyota New Global Architecture family. The same TNGA-C floor sits under the Lexus UX subcompact luxury crossover, the Toyota Corolla Cross, and the current Toyota Corolla hatchback. All four cars are mechanically related at the platform level, including the bolt pattern, hub bore, and lug spec.

Practical implication. A wheel cataloged for a Lexus UX or a Toyota Corolla Cross of the same generation matches the C-HR at the bolt math and at the hub bore. Width and offset still need to be checked against the C-HR specifically because Toyota tuned the C-HR's ride height and fender clearance differently than the Lexus and the Corolla Cross. The 60.1mm hub bore is consistent across all four TNGA-C cars. The C-HR is the most aggressively styled of the group, with the lowest roofline and the most pronounced rear quarter flare, which is part of why some wheel-and-tire combinations look very different on the C-HR versus the UX even at the same diameter.

The US C-HR is front-wheel-drive only across every model year and trim. AWD was offered on the European and Japanese C-HR but never imported to the US. Because the US C-HR has no AWD variant, the same wheel spec applies across the entire US lineup. There is no separate AWD fitment row to confirm.

Element Wheels Measured Aftermarket Fitment, Toyota C-HR

Publishable factory and wheel specs across the C-HR lineup:

  • Toyota C-HR (2018-2022, US market): 5x114.3 bolt pattern, 60.1mm hub bore, M12x1.5 lug thread. Element aftermarket diameter range: 17-20 inch. Aftermarket width range: 7.5-8.5 inch front and rear. Square setup (same width front and rear). Front and rear brake matched in size. Front-wheel-drive only in the US.

For your exact aftermarket offset, three options:

  • 1. Use our Year/Make/Model search to see wheels that fit your specific C-HR (each listing shows its own offset).
  • 2. Browse the C-HR wheel gallery for real-life builds with size, offset, and tire spec captions.
  • 3. Call or chat with our team for a free fitment consultation.

Every wheel we recommend is backed by our Fitment Guarantee. If a wheel does not fit, we pick up the wheels and refund 100 percent. No risk to you.

How We Confirm Fitment on Toyota C-HR Wheels

Element Wheels measures the C-HR directly. For the C-HR that means clearance from the wheel to the fender, gap between the back of the wheel and the suspension, brake caliper height, hub bore confirmation, lug seat geometry, and turning clearance at full lock. The C-HR's pronounced rear quarter flare and lower roofline change the fender opening shape compared to the related Lexus UX or Corolla Cross, so we measure the C-HR separately rather than carrying numbers across from the platform mates. At our fitment facility in Chandler, Arizona, the Element Wheels team measures directly on the physical platforms we support. We don't pull specs from manufacturer sheets the way most retailers do.

Toyota C-HR Wheels and Rims FAQ

What is the bolt pattern on a Toyota C-HR?

5x114.3 with a 60.1mm hub bore on every US-market C-HR (2018-2022). The pattern is also written as 5x4.5 in imperial (114.3mm = 4.5 inches). Lug count is 5, thread is M12x1.5 across every C-HR trim and year. The hub spec is the same as the rest of the modern Toyota family lineup.

Is the C-HR the same platform as the Lexus UX or Corolla Cross?

Yes. The C-HR, the Lexus UX, the Toyota Corolla Cross, and the current Toyota Corolla hatchback all share Toyota's TNGA-C subcompact platform (also written GA-C). Bolt pattern, hub bore, and lug spec match across the four cars. Offset window, fender clearance, and brake caliper geometry are platform-specific because Toyota tuned each car's ride height and styling differently. We measure each platform separately.

Will Camry or RAV4 wheels fit my C-HR?

Bolt pattern and hub bore match. 5x114.3 / 60.1mm is the Toyota family hub spec shared with the Camry, RAV4, Sienna, Highlander, and Avalon, so the wheel will physically bolt to the C-HR. What changes between platforms is the offset window, the brake clearance, and the fender room. The C-HR is smaller and lower than a Camry or a RAV4 and the fender opening is shaped differently. A Camry wheel may stick out further than you want on a C-HR, and a RAV4 wheel may sit too deep. We measure each platform separately.

Does the US C-HR come in AWD?

No. Every US-market C-HR (2018-2022) is front-wheel-drive only. Toyota offered an AWD version in Europe and Japan but never imported it to the US. The same wheel spec applies across the entire US C-HR lineup.

Are Toyota C-HR wheels staggered?

No. The C-HR runs square (same width front and rear) from the factory. The C-HR is a front-wheel-drive crossover, so there is no factory rear-wheel-drive or AWD reason to stagger. Same wheel spec works on all four corners.

What is the largest wheel I can fit on a C-HR?

Our measured aftermarket window tops at 20 inch on the C-HR. Factory C-HR wheels ran 17 or 18 inch depending on the trim. 18-19 inch is the most common C-HR aftermarket size. 20 inch is the upper limit before sidewall thins enough to compromise ride quality on a daily-driver subcompact crossover, and the C-HR's low roofline visually carries 19 inch very well.

Do I need hub centric rings on a Toyota C-HR?

Hub centric rings only when the aftermarket wheel has a centerbore larger than the factory 60.1mm hub bore. If your fitment needs rings, they'll be included with the order.

How do I find the right wheels for my specific Toyota C-HR?

Two steps. Confirm your model year (2018-2022 in the US) and decide on diameter and width based on the look you want. Use our Year/Make/Model search to see wheels that fit your specific C-HR (each listing shows its own offset) and browse the wheel gallery for real-life builds. If you want to confirm offset and clearance before ordering, contact our team for a free fitment consultation. Every wheel we recommend is backed by the Fitment Guarantee.
