Every Toyota Echo uses 4x100 with a 54.1mm hub bore. 4x100 means four lug studs spaced on a 100mm bolt circle, a small-car bolt pattern with wide aftermarket support. Width, offset, and clearance still need to be checked against the Echo specifically before mounting.

The Echo Predates the North American Yaris

Toyota's North American subcompact lineage runs Echo to Yaris. The Echo ran from the 2000 model year through 2005, then Toyota brought the Yaris nameplate to North America for the 2007 model year as the Echo's direct successor. Globally Toyota had been selling the same basic small car as the Yaris and the Vitz since 1999, but the North American market got the Echo branding for the first generation. The Yaris took over from 2007 onward. Underneath the body the genealogy is closely related, and both use the 4x100 / 54.1mm hub spec.
