They do not share wheels. The standard Highlander has used 5x114.3 with a 60.1mm hub bore on every generation since launch in 2001. The Grand Highlander runs 5x120 instead. Grand Highlander Trim and Powertrain Notes

Every Grand Highlander trim shares the same fitment window. The LE, XLE, Limited, and Platinum trims all run 5x120 with a 60.1mm hub bore and square (same width front and rear). The i-Force MAX hybrid variant carries a more powerful turbocharged hybrid powertrain, but the bolt pattern, hub bore, brake package, and wheel fitment window are identical to the gas trims. The hybrid powertrain does not change wheel fitment.
