Toyota Venza Aftermarket Wheel Fitment

The Toyota Venza is a midsize crossover Toyota built in two distinct generations separated by a six-year production gap. The first generation ran 2009 through 2015, sharing its platform with the contemporary Camry and Lexus ES, with both four cylinder and V6 engine options and a choice of front-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive. Toyota wound it down after 2015 and brought the nameplate back for 2021 on a completely different chassis. The second generation (2021-2024) is built on the same TNGA-K platform as the current RAV4 Hybrid, hybrid powertrain only and AWD standard. The bolt pattern stays constant across both generations. Every Venza, first or second generation, runs 5x114.3 with a 60.1mm hub bore. Element Wheels measures both generations directly. Pick your generation below for the fitment specs that apply to your specific car.

Find Your Toyota Venza Generation

Toyota built two generations of the Venza separated by a six-year gap. The first generation (2009-2015) is the Camry-based crossover assembled at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Kentucky. The second generation (2021-2024) is the RAV4 Hybrid-based crossover, sold globally as the Toyota Harrier in the Japan market. The bolt pattern is 5x114.3 with a 60.1mm hub bore on every Venza of either generation.

The Toyota Venza Bolt Pattern

Every Toyota Venza built since launch uses 5x114.3 with a 60.1mm hub bore. That covers the first generation (2009-2015) and the second generation (2021-2024). The pattern is also written as 5x4.5 in imperial because 114.3mm equals 4.5 inches exactly. 5x4.5 refers ONLY to 5x114.3. It does NOT refer to 5x115, which is a different bolt pattern used on Chrysler 300, Dodge Charger LX, and similar American sedans. The two patterns sit about 0.7mm apart on the bolt circle and are not interchangeable. A 5x115 wheel will not bolt onto a Venza of either generation.

The 5x114.3 / 60.1mm combination is the Toyota family hub spec. It is shared with the Camry, RAV4, Sienna, Highlander, Avalon, and most modern Toyota cars and crossovers, plus the related Lexus ES on the first generation Venza's K platform. Wheels listed for any 5x114.3 / 60.1mm Toyota physically bolt to a Venza at the hub level. What changes between platforms is the offset window, the brake clearance, and the fender room. A wheel built for a Camry sedan will not always sit correctly on the taller Venza body, and a wheel built for a RAV4 won't always carry the visual weight of the wider Venza body. We measure each platform separately. Compare across the rest of the Toyota lineup at our Toyota wheels and rims hub.

Two Generations, Two Different Platforms, Same Bolt Pattern

The first generation Venza (2009-2015) is a midsize wagon-style crossover built on the Toyota K platform alongside the 2007-2011 Camry and the Lexus ES of the same era. It launched with both a 2.7L four cylinder and a 3.5L V6, available in front-wheel-drive and all-wheel-drive configurations. The Venza Gen 1 was assembled at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Kentucky in Georgetown. Factory wheels ranged 19 inch on the four cylinder trims to 20 inch on the V6 trims. Our measured aftermarket window goes from 19 to 22 inch with widths in the 8 to 9.5 inch range.

Toyota discontinued the Venza after 2015 and brought the nameplate back for the 2021 model year on a completely different chassis. The second generation Venza (2021-2024) is a rebadged Toyota Harrier (Japan-market name) built on the TNGA-K platform alongside the RAV4 Hybrid. It is hybrid only (2.5L four cylinder paired with electric motors) with all-wheel-drive standard. The Gen 2 Venza is slightly smaller than the Gen 1 in overall footprint, and the factory wheel range starts at 18 inch on the LE trim and climbs to 19 inch on the Limited trim. Our measured aftermarket window runs 18 to 22 inch with widths in the 7.5 to 9 inch range. Production ended after the 2024 model year. The bolt pattern stays 5x114.3 / 60.1mm across both generations, so a wheel that fits one Venza fits the other at the hub level. Width, offset, and brake clearance change between the generations because the platforms are different.

How We Confirm Fitment on Toyota Venza Wheels

Element Wheels measures the Venza across both generations. For the Venza that means clearance from the wheel to the fender, gap between the back of the wheel and the suspension, brake caliper height, hub bore confirmation, lug seat geometry, and turning clearance at full lock. We measure the Gen 1 Camry-based Venza and the Gen 2 RAV4 Hybrid-based Venza separately because the platforms are different even though the bolt pattern matches. At our fitment facility in Chandler, Arizona, the Element Wheels team measures directly on the physical platforms we support. We don't pull specs from manufacturer sheets the way most retailers do.

Toyota Venza Wheels and Rims FAQ

What is the bolt pattern on a Toyota Venza?

5x114.3 with a 60.1mm hub bore on every Venza, first generation (2009-2015) and second generation (2021-2024). The pattern is also written as 5x4.5 in imperial (114.3mm = 4.5 inches). Lug count is 5, thread is M12x1.5 across both generations. Toyota kept the bolt pattern consistent across the six-year production gap between Gen 1 and Gen 2.

Will Gen 1 Venza wheels fit a Gen 2 Venza?

Bolt pattern and hub bore match. Both run 5x114.3 with a 60.1mm hub bore, so a Gen 1 wheel will physically bolt onto a Gen 2. What changes is the offset window and the brake clearance because the platforms are different. The Gen 1 Venza is built on the Camry K platform with larger factory diameter (19-20 inch) and wider widths. The Gen 2 is built on the RAV4 Hybrid TNGA-K platform with a smaller starting diameter (18 inch). A Gen 1 wheel may sit further out on a Gen 2 than the Gen 2 fender is shaped for. We measure each generation separately.

Will RAV4 wheels fit my Gen 2 Venza?

Bolt pattern and hub bore match. The 2021-2024 Gen 2 Venza is built on the TNGA-K platform alongside the RAV4 Hybrid, and both run 5x114.3 / 60.1mm. A RAV4 Hybrid wheel will physically bolt onto a Gen 2 Venza. The fender opening and the body styling are different, so a wheel that looks right on a RAV4 may not sit the same way on the lower, longer Venza body. We measure the two platforms separately. If you have wheels off a RAV4 and want to know whether they will work on your Gen 2 Venza, send us the specs and we can confirm.

Does the V6 Gen 1 Venza use different wheels than the four cylinder Gen 1?

The hub spec is the same. Both the 2.7L four cylinder and the 3.5L V6 first generation Venza run 5x114.3 with a 60.1mm hub bore and M12x1.5 lug thread. Factory wheels were 19 inch on the four cylinder trims and 20 inch on the V6 trims, but the bolt pattern, hub bore, and lug spec match. AWD and FWD Gen 1 Venzas share the same hub. A wheel that fits a 2010 four cylinder Venza also fits a 2010 V6 Venza.

Are Toyota Venza wheels staggered?

No. Every Venza, both generations, runs square (same width front and rear) from the factory. The Gen 1 is front-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive, the Gen 2 is all-wheel-drive standard. Both layouts run matched front and rear, which keeps the AWD system happy and simplifies tire rotation. Same wheel spec works on all four corners.

What is the largest wheel I can fit on a Venza?

Our measured aftermarket window tops at 22 inch on both generations. Gen 1 starts at 19 inch (matching the factory four cylinder size) and Gen 2 starts at 18 inch (matching the factory LE trim). 20 to 22 inch is the common street upgrade range on the Venza. Above 22 inch sidewall thins enough that ride quality drops sharply on a daily-driver crossover, and the Venza chassis was tuned for compliance and quiet over sharp response, so we don't recommend going taller.

Do I need hub centric rings on a Toyota Venza?

Hub centric rings only when the aftermarket wheel has a centerbore larger than the factory 60.1mm hub bore. If your fitment needs rings, they'll be included with the order.

How do I find the right wheels for my specific Toyota Venza?

Two steps. Confirm your generation by year (Gen 1 is 2009-2015, Gen 2 is 2021-2024) so the offset window and brake clearance match your platform. Use our Year/Make/Model search to see wheels that fit your specific Venza (each listing shows its own offset) and browse the wheel gallery for real-life builds. If you want to confirm offset and clearance before ordering, contact our team for a free fitment consultation. Every wheel we recommend is backed by the Fitment Guarantee.
