Every EX30 from the 2024 launch forward runs 5x108 (also expressed as 5x4.25) with a 63.4mm hub bore. The pattern is consistent across the Single Motor Extended Range and the Twin Motor Performance trims. All EX30 lug hardware is M14x1.5 lug bolts threaded directly into the hub. 5x108 is the standard Volvo bolt pattern across the broader Volvo range, used on the XC40, XC60, XC90 (1st and 2nd gen), S60, V60, S90, and V90. The 63.4mm hub bore on the EX30 matches the XC40, modern XC60, S60, V60, S90, V90, and 2nd gen XC90, so wheels are commonly cross-shopped across these models when diameter and offset window also match.

The takeaway for an EX30 owner is straightforward: the EX30 lives in the Volvo wheel ecosystem at the bolt-pattern level, even though its chassis comes from a multi brand EV platform. What 5x108 is NOT: it is not the same as 5x110 (common GM pattern) or 5x112 (common German pattern). A wheel built for those patterns will not bolt to an EX30.

The EX30 is sold in two main configurations in the US: the Single Motor Extended Range (rear-wheel-drive, single rear motor) and the Twin Motor Performance (all-wheel-drive, dual motor). Factory wheel diameter on the EX30 ranges from 18 to 20 inch depending on trim and trim package, with the Plus and Ultra packages stepping up to the larger factory wheel. The Twin Motor Performance carries the dual motor pack and gets a heavier curb weight, so the tire load rating matters more on the Performance trim than on the Single Motor.

The EX30 is all-electric across every trim. There is no gas variant. The added battery and motor weight does not change the wheel fitment spec, but it does affect tire load index, and we recommend confirming the tire load rating matches the EX30 curb weight when choosing a new tire size, especially on the Twin Motor Performance. The front brake on the EX30 is matched in size to the rear brake on every trim, which is consistent with the EX30's compact platform engineering.
