Lexus LC Aftermarket Wheel Fitment

The Lexus LC is the flagship Lexus grand tourer, a rear-drive two-door built around the naturally-aspirated V8 from the IS F era. Three variants share the platform: the LC 500 V8 coupe, the LC 500h multi-stage hybrid coupe, and the LC 500 Convertible. All three are 2018 and up, currently produced. Element Wheels measures fitment on the LC platform and treats the three body styles as one fitment family because they share the same bolt pattern, hub bore, suspension geometry, and brake hardware per our catalog. Two things shape LC fitment at the platform level. The LC runs 5x120 with a 60.1mm hub bore (not the 5x114.3 of the IS, GS, and modern Lexus sedan family) and our measured aftermarket window is staggered front-to-rear with the front brake larger than the rear. This is not an "optional staggered" platform like the IS 500 F Sport Performance. The LC is engineered around a wider rear track and runs a true staggered setup as the default. Find the spec windows below.

Find Your Lexus LC Variant

The LC is one chassis with three body styles. All three share the 5x120 / 60.1mm hub spec and the same Element measured fitment window. The F SPORT trim option does not change the bolt pattern or brake-size grouping per our catalog. Pick your variant below to see wheels and rims that fit your specific LC.

The Lexus LC Bolt Pattern

Every Lexus LC uses 5x120 with a 60.1mm hub bore. That holds across the LC 500 V8 coupe, the LC 500h multi-stage hybrid coupe, and the LC 500 Convertible (2018 and up). The 5x120 bolt pattern was introduced to the Lexus lineup with the 2007 LS 460 redesign and the LC inherited it directly when the platform launched in 2018. The LC does NOT share its bolt pattern with the IS, GS, ES, or NX. Those sedans and crossovers run 5x114.3, which is dimensionally close to 5x120 but mechanically different. A wheel built for an IS will not bolt onto an LC, even though the lug count matches. The LC shares its 5x120 / 60.1mm spec with the current Lexus LS 500 and the LS 460 / 600h that preceded it. Lug spec is M14x1.5 on every LC. Compare across the rest of the Lexus lineup at our Lexus wheels and rims hub.

Why LC Wheels Must Be Staggered

The LC is a rear-drive grand tourer engineered around a wider rear track than the front. Our measured fitment box reflects that. Aftermarket width on the front axle runs 8.5 to 10 inch. Aftermarket width on the rear runs 9.5 to 11.5 inch. The two are never matched. A square setup will leave the front overhung or the rear narrow relative to the chassis design, and either choice undercuts the platform's reason for existing. The LC is classified as must-be-staggered in our catalog (fitment_type 2), the same classification used on a handful of other Lexus and grand-touring cars in the lineup. The LC 500, LC 500h, and LC 500 Convertible all share the same staggered fitment box per catalog.

The LC also runs a front brake that is larger than the rear. That is the norm on a performance grand tourer of this caliber. The front axle does the majority of the braking work and Lexus scaled the front rotor and caliper accordingly. The LC carries a six-piston front caliper from the factory on every variant per Lexus's published spec, with the optional carbon-ceramic brake package on the F SPORT Performance configuration stepping the front rotor up further. Our 20 inch minimum aftermarket diameter on the LC reflects that hardware. A 19 inch wheel will not clear the front caliper on most LC builds.

Element Wheels Measured Aftermarket Fitment, Lexus LC

Publishable factory and wheel specs for the Lexus LC platform:

  • LC 500 (V8 Coupe, 2018 and up): 5x120 bolt pattern, 60.1mm hub bore, M14x1.5 lug. Element aftermarket diameter range: 20-22 inch. Aftermarket width: 8.5-10 inch front / 9.5-11.5 inch rear. Must be staggered. Front brake larger than rear.
  • LC 500h (Hybrid Coupe, 2018 and up): 5x120 bolt pattern, 60.1mm hub bore, M14x1.5 lug. Element aftermarket diameter range: 20-22 inch. Aftermarket width: 8.5-10 inch front / 9.5-11.5 inch rear. Must be staggered. Front brake larger than rear.
  • LC 500 Convertible (2021 and up): 5x120 bolt pattern, 60.1mm hub bore, M14x1.5 lug. Element aftermarket diameter range: 20-22 inch. Aftermarket width: 8.5-10 inch front / 9.5-11.5 inch rear. Must be staggered. Front brake larger than rear.

For your exact aftermarket offset, three options:

  • 1. Use our Year/Make/Model search to see wheels that fit your specific LC (each listing shows its own offset).
  • 2. Browse the LC wheel gallery for real-life builds with size, offset, and tire spec captions.
  • 3. Call or chat with our team for a free fitment consultation.

Every wheel we recommend is backed by our Fitment Guarantee. If a wheel does not fit, we pick up the wheels and refund 100 percent. No risk to you.

How We Confirm Fitment on Lexus LC Wheels

Element Wheels measures fitment on the platforms we sell wheels for, including the LC 500, LC 500h, and LC 500 Convertible. For the LC that means clearance from the wheel to the fender, gap between the back of the wheel and the suspension, brake caliper clearance (which is the binding constraint on the LC's 20 inch aftermarket floor because the factory six-piston front caliper is large), hub bore confirmation, lug seat geometry, and turning clearance with a staggered front-rear setup installed. We treat the three LC body styles as one fitment family because the platform engineering is identical between them per catalog. At our fitment facility in Chandler, Arizona, the Element Wheels team measures directly on the physical platforms we support. We don't pull specs from manufacturer sheets the way most retailers do. That measurement work is what produced the must-be-staggered fitment box and the 20 inch minimum diameter on this page.

Lexus LC Wheels and Rims FAQ

What is the bolt pattern on a Lexus LC?

Every Lexus LC uses 5x120 with a 60.1mm hub bore. That holds across the LC 500 V8 coupe, the LC 500h hybrid coupe, and the LC 500 Convertible (2018 and up). The LC does NOT share its bolt pattern with the IS, GS, ES, or NX, which all run 5x114.3. A wheel built for an IS will not bolt onto an LC. Lug spec is M14x1.5 on every LC.

Why must Lexus LC wheels be staggered?

The LC is a rear-drive grand tourer engineered around a wider rear track than the front. Our measured fitment runs 8.5-10 inch wide on the front and 9.5-11.5 inch wide on the rear, and we classify the LC as must-be-staggered (fitment_type 2 in our catalog). A square setup on the LC either leaves the front overhung or the rear narrow relative to the chassis design, and either choice undercuts the platform's purpose. The LC 500, LC 500h, and LC 500 Convertible all share this staggered fitment box.

Do the LC 500, LC 500h, and LC Convertible take the same wheels?

Yes. The three body styles share the same chassis, the same bolt pattern (5x120 / 60.1mm), the same suspension and brake hardware, and the same staggered fitment window per our catalog. The hybrid powertrain in the LC 500h adds weight but does not change the wheel and lug hardware. The convertible body adds weight to the rear over the coupe but uses the same factory wheel specification. We treat all three as one fitment family.

What size wheels and tires came on the Lexus LC from the factory?

Factory wheels on the LC are 20 or 21 inch depending on trim. The base LC 500 and LC 500h ship on a 20 inch staggered setup with a wider rear wheel. The F SPORT and Performance configurations move up to a 21 inch staggered setup. Factory tire pairings are low-profile run-flats on the base car and summer performance tires on the F SPORT trim, with the staggered front-rear sizing matching the chassis's wider rear track.

Why is my 19 inch wheel not clearing the front brake on my LC?

The LC ships with a six-piston front caliper from the factory and the caliper is physically large. Our measured aftermarket window starts at 20 inch because a 19 inch wheel will not clear that caliper on most LC builds. The F SPORT Performance configuration with the optional carbon-ceramic brake package steps the front rotor up further, which keeps the floor at 20 inch even on that variant. If you have your heart set on a smaller diameter, contact our team for a fitment consultation. We do not have a path to a 19 inch LC fitment in our catalog.

What is the largest wheel I can fit on a Lexus LC?

Our measured aftermarket window tops at 22 inch on every LC variant. The LC is a grand tourer and 22 inch is the point above which the tire sidewall thins enough that ride quality drops sharply on a luxury performance car. Most LC builds we ship are 21 or 22 inch staggered. The F SPORT trim's 21 inch factory setup is a useful reference point for what the chassis was designed around.

Do I need hub centric rings on a Lexus LC?

Hub centric rings only when the aftermarket wheel has a centerbore larger than 60.1mm. That holds across every Lexus LC variant since the hub bore stays 60.1mm on the LC 500, LC 500h, and LC 500 Convertible. If your fitment needs rings, they'll be included with the order.

How do I find the right wheels for my specific Lexus LC build?

Three steps. Confirm your variant (LC 500 V8 coupe, LC 500h hybrid coupe, or LC 500 Convertible). Decide whether you want to match the factory diameter (20 or 21 inch) or step up to a 22 inch staggered build. Use our Year/Make/Model search to see wheels that fit your specific LC and browse the wheel gallery for real builds. Because the LC is must-be-staggered and the front brake is large, we recommend a fitment consultation if this is your first LC build. Every wheel we recommend is backed by the Fitment Guarantee.
