Acura Aftermarket Wheel Fitment

Acura is Honda's luxury division, launched March 27, 1986 as the first Japanese luxury brand in North America. From the original Legend and Integra to the modern Integra Type S, MDX Type S, and the second generation NSX, Acura aftermarket fitment varies by model and trim. Element Wheels has measured the lineup directly. Our most popular Acura aftermarket sales today are the TLX and the MDX. Don't get stuck buying off a generic spec calculator that ships factory offsets when each Acura model has its own aftermarket window. Find your Acura model below and you can rest assured the wheels and rims will fit the way you want every time.

Find your Acura Model

Pick your Acura model to see wheels and rims that fit. Acura's bolt pattern landscape is more varied than most lineups, so the right wheels for your TLX, MDX, Integra, or NSX depend on the specific model and trim.

The Acura Bolt Pattern Landscape

Acura's bolt pattern landscape is more varied than most lineups. The most common pattern across the modern lineup is 5x114.3, shared with most Honda models. It is used on the Integra base and A-Spec, RDX, ILX, TSX, RSX, current TL, the original 1991-2005 NSX, and many other Acura models.

Larger Acuras and current performance Acuras use 5x120. That includes the MDX from 2007 forward, the TL from 2009 forward, the RL and RLX, the second generation 2016 forward NSX, and all modern Type S models. The Integra Type S, the MDX Type S, and the TLX Type S all use 5x120.

Integra base vs Integra Type S: completely different fitment

Beyond the bolt pattern split (5x114.3 vs 5x120), the Type S has fender flares, wider wheels, and larger brake calipers than the base. Wheel and tire fitment between the two trims is completely different. If you are buying for an Integra, confirm which trim you have before ordering.

Older Acuras use legacy patterns. The 1990-2001 Integra Non-Type-R uses 4x100. The 1986-1990 Legend, the 1997-1999 CL, the 1996-1998 TL 2.5, and the 1992-1994 Vigor use 4x114.3. The 1996-1999 SLX uses a 6 lug pattern from its Isuzu shared chassis. The new 2024 forward ZDX EV moved to 6x132 on the GM Ultium electric platform.

How We Confirm Fitment

Element Wheels measures fitment on Acura models we sell wheels for. For the Acura platforms that matter most we measure clearance from the wheel to the fender, gap between the back of the wheel and any suspension components, brake caliper height, hub protrusion, lug height, and how much room the wheel and tire have when turning, all directly on the car.

The 2016 forward second generation NSX is one of the harder fitments in the modern aftermarket. We have measured every NSX brake caliper across the second generation production run, so the fitment recommendations on the NSX page are dialed in. The Integra Type S, the MDX Type S, and the TLX Type S each have their own brake clearance requirements that differ from the base trims. We measure all of them.

That measurement work is what produced the fitment recommendations on every Acura model page. It is also why every wheel we recommend is backed by our Fitment Guarantee. If a wheel does not fit, we pick up the wheels and refund 100 percent. No risk to you.

Acura Wheel and Rim FAQ

What is the most popular Acura aftermarket model?

The Acura TLX and MDX lead Element's aftermarket sales today. Both run modern 5x120 fitment with strong staggered options. The Integra Type S and the second generation NSX are also active platforms on the performance end of the lineup.

What is the Acura bolt pattern?

It depends on the model. Most modern Acuras use 5x114.3, including the Integra base and A-Spec, RDX, ILX, TSX, RSX, current TL, and the original 1991-2005 NSX. Larger and performance Acuras use 5x120, including the MDX, the TL 2009 forward, the RL and RLX, the second generation 2016 forward NSX, and all modern Type S models. Older Acuras use 4x100 (1990-2001 Integra Non Type-R) or 4x114.3 (Legend, CL, TL 2.5, Vigor).

Are Integra base and Integra Type S wheels the same?

No. The Integra Type S uses a 5x120 bolt pattern, fender flares, wider wheels, and larger brake calipers than the base Integra. The base Integra uses 5x114.3. Both share the 64.1mm hub bore, but wheel and tire fitment between the two trims is completely different. Confirm your trim before ordering.

What is the Acura hub bore?

Most modern Acuras share Honda's 64.1mm hub bore, including both the base Integra and the Integra Type S. Confirm your specific model's hub bore on the model parent page before ordering, since older Acuras and a few specific platforms (such as the SLX and the new ZDX EV) use different bores.

How do I find wheels for my specific Acura?

Pick your model from the lists above. Each model parent page covers year-specific generation breakdowns, bolt pattern, hub bore, and recommended aftermarket fitment for that platform. If you are still not sure, our team can identify your exact configuration from your VIN.
