Alfa Romeo Stelvio Aftermarket Wheel Fitment
The Alfa Romeo Stelvio is the Italian crossover SUV Alfa launched in 2018 on the same Giorgio platform as the Giulia sport sedan. It is currently produced. Element Wheels measures three Stelvio fitment families. The base Stelvio in rear drive and Q4 all wheel drive form (2018 and up), the Quadrifoglio with the standard steel brake package, and the Quadrifoglio with the optional carbon ceramic brakes. Every Stelvio we have measured runs 5x110 with a 65.1mm hub bore and M14x1.5 lug bolts, the same hub interface as the Giulia because the two cars share the Giorgio platform. The Quadrifoglio variants run the same 2.9L twin turbo V6 as the Giulia QV with larger Brembo brakes than the base SUV, and that brake package change drives the must staggered fitment requirement on the Quadrifoglio. Pick your trim card below for the fitment specs that apply to your specific Stelvio.
Find Your Alfa Romeo Stelvio Trim
Pick your trim card to see wheels and rims that fit your specific Stelvio. Bolt pattern (5x110), hub bore (65.1mm), and lug spec (M14x1.5) are constant across every Stelvio. The split is at the trim level. The base Stelvio is a square fitment (same width front and rear), reflecting how the SUV runs from the factory. The Quadrifoglio is a must staggered fitment with the wider rear track that comes with the performance package.
The Alfa Romeo Stelvio Bolt Pattern and Hub Bore
Every Alfa Romeo Stelvio from 2018 forward runs 5x110 with a 65.1mm hub bore. That covers the base Stelvio in rear drive and Q4 all wheel drive form, the Ti and Sprint trims, and the Quadrifoglio on both the steel brake and carbon ceramic brake packages. The 5x110 pattern is the Fiat and Alfa Romeo standard for this class of vehicle. The Stelvio sits on the same Giorgio platform as the Giulia sport sedan, which is the same chassis fact that explains why the hub interface is identical between the two cars. The 65.1mm hub bore is Alfa Romeo specific. Wheels with a larger centerbore need hub centric rings to bring the bore down to the Stelvio hub diameter.
The Stelvio uses lug bolts (M14x1.5) threaded directly into the hub, not studs and nuts. This is the European convention and Alfa Romeo follows it on the Stelvio as it does on the Giulia. There is no stud to pre align the wheel before tightening, so the centerbore handles the centering job at speed. Hub centric fit matters more on a lug bolt SUV than on a stud and nut platform, particularly on heavier crossover bodies that put more weight through the wheel and hub interface. Compare across the rest of the Alfa Romeo lineup at our Alfa Romeo wheels and rims hub.
Why the Quadrifoglio Stelvio Splits Off From the Base SUV
The Quadrifoglio (QV) is the performance Stelvio. It runs the same Ferrari derived 2.9L twin turbo V6 as the Giulia QV, with Q4 all wheel drive standard, and a larger Brembo brake package than the base SUV. The base Stelvio runs a square fitment (same width front and rear), which is how Alfa Romeo set it up from the factory. The Quadrifoglio is a must staggered fitment because the rear track is wider and the rear axle puts down the performance package power. The aftermarket window respects that. We measure the Quadrifoglio steel brake and the Quadrifoglio carbon ceramic brake variants separately because the carbon ceramic caliper face is physically larger than the steel Brembo and takes more room behind the wheel spokes.
The front brake is larger than the rear on every Stelvio, including the base trim. That is normal on a performance crossover of this caliber. The front axle handles the majority of the braking load and Alfa Romeo scaled the front rotor and caliper accordingly. On the base Stelvio the front to rear differential is smaller. On the Quadrifoglio the front Brembo is significantly larger and drives the wheel face clearance constraint on deeply concave aftermarket designs.

For your exact aftermarket offset, three options:
- 1. Use our Year/Make/Model search to see wheels that fit your specific Stelvio (each listing shows its own offset).
- 2. Browse the Stelvio wheel gallery for real-life builds with size, offset, and tire spec captions.
- 3. Call or chat with our team for a free fitment consultation, especially on the Quadrifoglio carbon ceramic variant.
Every wheel we recommend is backed by our Fitment Guarantee. If a wheel does not fit, we pick up the wheels and refund 100 percent. No risk to you.
How We Confirm Fitment on Alfa Romeo Stelvio Wheels
Element Wheels measures fitment on the Stelvio directly, on the base car and on both Quadrifoglio brake packages. For the Stelvio that means clearance from the wheel to the fender on both axles, gap between the back of the wheel and the suspension, brake caliper height (base, Quadrifoglio steel Brembo, and Quadrifoglio carbon ceramic Brembo are measured separately), hub bore confirmation at 65.1mm, lug bolt seat depth for M14x1.5 bolts, and the staggered front to rear width relationship on the Quadrifoglio. At our fitment facility in Chandler, Arizona, the Element Wheels team measures directly on the physical platforms we support. We don't pull specs from manufacturer sheets the way most retailers do.
Alfa Romeo Stelvio Wheels and Rims FAQ
What is the bolt pattern on an Alfa Romeo Stelvio?
Every Alfa Romeo Stelvio from 2018 forward runs 5x110 with a 65.1mm hub bore and M14x1.5 lug bolts. That covers the base Stelvio in rear drive and Q4 all wheel drive form, the Ti and Sprint trims, and the Quadrifoglio on both the steel and carbon ceramic Brembo brake packages. The pattern is the Fiat and Alfa Romeo standard for this class of vehicle.
What is the hub bore on a Stelvio?
65.1mm across every Stelvio, base and Quadrifoglio. The Stelvio uses lug bolts threaded directly into the hub (not studs and nuts), so the hub bore handles the centering job at speed and the bolts handle the clamping. A wheel with a larger centerbore than 65.1mm needs hub centric rings to bring the bore down to the Stelvio hub diameter.
Is the base Stelvio square or staggered?
Square. The base Stelvio (rear drive and Q4) runs the same width front and rear from the factory and Element measures it as a square fitment. The Quadrifoglio is the one that is must staggered, with a wider rear wheel to plant the twin turbo V6 power. If you have a base Stelvio and are considering a staggered build, contact our team first because the factory geometry on the base SUV is engineered around square.
Quadrifoglio vs base Stelvio: what changes for wheels?
Bolt pattern (5x110), centerbore (65.1mm), and lug spec (M14x1.5) are identical between the base Stelvio and the Quadrifoglio. What differs is the brake package and the staggered requirement. The Quadrifoglio runs a larger Brembo front caliper that needs more wheel face clearance, and it is a must staggered fitment with a wider rear wheel. The base Stelvio is a square fitment. The aftermarket diameter range is also slightly different. The base car runs from 19 to 22 inch, the Quadrifoglio runs from 20 to 22 inch.
Does the carbon ceramic brake change the wheel choice on a Quadrifoglio Stelvio?
It changes the wheel face clearance, not the headline specs. The bolt pattern (5x110), centerbore (65.1mm), and lug spec (M14x1.5) are identical between the steel Brembo and the carbon ceramic Brembo Quadrifoglio Stelvio. The carbon ceramic caliper face is physically larger than the steel Brembo and takes more room behind the wheel spokes, so wheels with deeply concave back surfaces need verification against the brake package you actually have. We measure the two variants separately for that reason.
Rear drive vs Q4 all wheel drive: does it change the fitment?
On the base Stelvio, rear drive and Q4 all wheel drive share the same bolt pattern, centerbore, lug spec, and fitment window. Drivetrain is not a fitment box axis on this car. The Quadrifoglio is Q4 all wheel drive only, so the question only applies to the base trims. A wheel that fits a rear drive base Stelvio will fit a Q4 base Stelvio of the same year.
Will Stelvio wheels fit a Giulia?
At the bolt pattern and hub level, yes. The Stelvio and the Giulia sit on the same Giorgio platform and share 5x110, the same 65.1mm hub bore, and the same M14x1.5 lug bolts. The bolt math says the wheels cross. But the offset window does not. The Stelvio is an SUV with taller ride height and a different aftermarket diameter ceiling than the Giulia sedan. A Stelvio wheel will physically bolt to a Giulia hub but the look and the clearance will not be the same as a wheel designed for the Giulia. We measure the two platforms separately.
Do I need hub centric rings on an Alfa Romeo Stelvio?
Hub centric rings only when the aftermarket wheel has a centerbore larger than 65.1mm. If your fitment needs rings, they'll be included with the order.
