The Audi Q4 e-tron is Audi's compact electric crossover, sold from 2022 forward and currently produced. Element Wheels measures the Q4 e-tron across two body styles: the standard Q4 e-tron SUV and the Q4 e-tron Sportback (coupe-SUV roofline). Both share the same fitment family at 5x112 with a 57.1mm hub bore and M14x1.5 lug bolts. The Q4 e-tron rides on the VW Group MEB EV platform, the same dedicated electric architecture Audi shares with the Volkswagen ID.4 and the Skoda Enyaq. The Audi Q4 e-tron Bolt Pattern

The Q4 e-tron uses 5x112 with a 57.1mm hub bore on both the standard SUV and the Sportback body style. Lug hardware is M14x1.5 bolts that thread directly into the hub, the Audi standard. 5x112 is the VW Group's mainstream passenger-car pattern, so the Q4 e-tron shares its bolt pattern with the Audi A3, Q3, A4, Q5, Q7 (4M), and Q8 as well as the rest of the modern Audi family.

The Q4 e-tron's 57.1mm hub bore is the same size used on the Audi Q3 and the rest of the VW Group MQB / MEB compact platform, and smaller than the 66.56mm hub used on the larger Audi SUVs (Q5, Q7 4M, Q8, and the original Audi e-tron / Q8 e-tron). A wheel built for the larger Audi SUVs will bolt onto the Q4 e-tron hub but the 66.56mm centerbore is too large to seat against the 57.1mm Q4 e-tron hub face. The wheel would ride on the lug bolts alone instead of being centered by the hub, which produces vibration. Hub centric rings step the 66.56mm bore down to 57.1mm and resolve the centering issue when cross-shopping.

Worth flagging: the Audi EV lineup runs three different bolt-pattern families depending on the platform. The Q4 e-tron on the MEB platform is 5x112 / 57.1mm. The original Audi e-tron (now renamed Q8 e-tron for 2024 and up) on the MLB Evo platform is 5x112 / 66.56mm (bolt pattern matches the Q4 but centerbore is larger). The Q6 e-tron on the PPE platform is 5x130 / 66.56mm. The e-tron GT and RS e-tron GT sedans on the J1 platform are 5x130 / 71.6mm. Wheels do NOT cross between these Audi EV families. The MEB Platform and the Square Fitment Rule

The Q4 e-tron rides on the VW Group's dedicated MEB EV platform. The same MEB chassis carries the Volkswagen ID.4 and the Skoda Enyaq. All three vehicles share the same wheel architecture at the platform level. The MEB is a clean-sheet EV design, not an internal-combustion platform converted to electric, which is why the Q4 e-tron's fitment family does not match the older Audi e-tron SUV (which sat on the gas-platform MLB Evo). For Q4 e-tron owners cross-shopping wheels off a VW ID.4 or a Skoda Enyaq, the bolt pattern and hub bore match. Brake hardware and offset windows are tuned per Audi badge, so we still measure the Q4 e-tron fitment window separately even when the chassis math is shared.

The Q4 e-tron is a square (non-staggered) fitment from the factory across both body styles. Same wheel and same tire on every corner. The MEB platform's even weight distribution and the AWD dual-motor configuration on the higher trims both reward equal-size wheels at all four corners. Aftermarket builds also run square almost universally. The Sportback (coupe-SUV roofline) runs the same fitment window as the standard Q4 e-tron SUV. The lower roofline trades rear headroom and cargo space for a different silhouette, and the wheel does not interact with that trade-off.
