Both share the same fitment family at 5x130 with a 66.56mm hub bore and M14x1.5 lug bolts. The Q6 e-tron rides on the VW Group's PPE EV platform, the joint Audi-Porsche premium electric architecture shared with the Porsche Macan EV (2024 and up). The Q6 e-tron uses 5x130 with a 66.56mm hub bore on both the SUV and Sportback body styles. Lug hardware is M14x1.5 bolts that thread directly into the hub, the Audi standard. The 5x130 bolt pattern on the Q6 e-tron is the same lug count and stud spacing used on the e-tron GT, the Porsche Cayenne, the Porsche Macan EV, the Porsche 911, and the older 4L Audi Q7 (2007-2015). What is unusual about the Q6 e-tron is the 66.56mm hub bore paired with 5x130. Most 5x130 cars use a 71.6mm or 71.5mm hub. The Q6 e-tron's 66.56mm hub is the hub-bore size Audi uses on its larger SUV family (Q5, Q7 4M, Q8) and on the original Audi e-tron / Q8 e-tron, but paired here with the 5x130 PPE bolt pattern instead of 5x112. This combination is specific to the PPE platform and is shared with the Porsche Macan EV (2024 and up).

Worth flagging: the Audi EV lineup runs four different bolt-pattern and hub-bore combinations depending on the platform. The Q4 e-tron on the MEB platform is 5x112 / 57.1mm. The original Audi e-tron (now Q8 e-tron for 2024 and up) on the MLB Evo platform is 5x112 / 66.56mm. The Q6 e-tron on the PPE platform is 5x130 / 66.56mm. The e-tron GT and RS e-tron GT sedans on the J1 platform are 5x130 / 71.6mm. Wheels do NOT cross between these Audi EV families even when the bolt count appears to match. PPE Platform, Staggered Fitment, and Brake Hardware

The Q6 e-tron rides on the joint Audi-Porsche PPE EV platform, designed for premium electric vehicles with significant power output and heavy battery curb weight. The same PPE chassis carries the Porsche Macan EV (2024 and up). All Q6 e-tron and Macan EV vehicles share the 5x130 / 66.56mm CB wheel architecture, so the bolt pattern and centerbore match between badges. Brake hardware and offset windows differ between the two, so we measure each separately even when the bolt math is shared. The PPE platform is also where Audi positions its more aggressive performance trims, and the Q6 e-tron carries upgraded brake hardware (front carbon ceramic on the higher trims, performance Brembo-style rear) that determines how much offset and inner-barrel clearance we recommend.

The Q6 e-tron requires a staggered fitment front to rear. This is unusual for an Audi SUV. The rest of the modern Audi SUV lineup (Q3, Q4 e-tron, Q5, Q7 4M, Q8, original e-tron / Q8 e-tron) ships and runs square. The Q6 e-tron's staggered requirement comes from the PPE platform's tuning: the rear motor on the dual-motor Q6 e-tron does more of the work and the rear axle benefits from the wider tire footprint. Our measured aftermarket window is 8 to 9 inch wheel width up front and 9 to 10.5 inch wheel width in the rear. Square fitments are not supported on the Q6 e-tron and will run into clearance issues at either the front or rear axle.
