Cadillac CT4 Aftermarket Wheel Fitment

The Cadillac CT4 is the compact luxury sport sedan that launched for the 2020 model year as the direct successor to the Cadillac ATS. It runs on the GM Alpha 2 platform, the same chassis architecture used by the discontinued ATS and shared with the sixth-generation Chevrolet Camaro (2016-2024). The CT4 inherits the ATS hub spec at 70.3mm hub bore, and our catalog measures the standard CT4 and the CT4-V on a 5x115 bolt pattern carried over from the ATS chassis. The CT4-V Blackwing, the top-shelf trim with the twin-turbocharged V6 and the Brembo brake package, runs a 5x120 spec in our catalog. All three CT4 configurations are 70.3mm hub bore. Drive layout is rear-wheel drive on the V-Series trims with all-wheel drive available on the standard CT4. Element Wheels measures fitment on every CT4 configuration separately. The larger CT5 sedan is a different car on the larger Alpha 2 chassis and has its own fitment encyclopedia at /wheels/cadillac/ct5. The CT5-V (different from CT4-V) is documented at /wheels/cadillac/ct5-v.

Find Your Cadillac CT4 Configuration

Pick your trim to see wheels and rims that fit your specific CT4. The hub bore is the same 70.3mm across all three configurations. The standard CT4 and the CT4-V run 5x115 (inherited from the ATS chassis); the CT4-V Blackwing carries a 5x120 spec in our catalog with the larger Brembo brake package and tighter wheel-face clearance.

The Cadillac CT4 Bolt Pattern

The standard Cadillac CT4 and the CT4-V (2020 and up) run 5x115 with a 70.3mm hub bore in our catalog. That spec is inherited directly from the Cadillac ATS, the CT4's predecessor on the GM Alpha platform. The CT4-V Blackwing (2022 and up) carries a 5x120 spec at the same 70.3mm hub bore in our catalog, paired with the supercharged 472-horsepower 3.6L twin-turbo V6 LF4 powertrain and the Brembo brake package that sits below the CT5-V Blackwing's supercharged V8 setup but above the standard CT4-V's hardware.

The 70.3mm Cadillac hub bore is its own spec; it does not match the BMW 5x120 hub bore (72.56mm), the CT5 / CT5-V hub bore (66.9mm on Cadillac's larger Alpha 2 sedans), or the Lexus 5x114.3 hub bore (60.1mm). Wheels sized for those platforms will need a hub centric ring to fit a CT4 correctly. The Alpha 2 platform is shared with the sixth-generation Chevrolet Camaro (2016-2024), which also runs 5x120 with a 70.3mm hub bore on its V8 trims, so a Camaro wheel of the right offset and width can sometimes cross to a CT4-V Blackwing. The discontinued Cadillac ATS (2013-2019) shares the standard CT4's 5x115 / 70.3mm spec; an ATS wheel of the right offset can sometimes cross to a CT4 or CT4-V.

Compare across the rest of the Cadillac lineup at our Cadillac wheels and rims hub.

Why the V vs Blackwing Tier and Brake Package Matter

The standard CT4 and the CT4-V share a platform and a bolt pattern (5x115 / 70.3mm). The CT4-V Blackwing sits on the 5x120 / 70.3mm spec with a larger Brembo brake package. The wheel windows are not interchangeable across the three trims. The base CT4 is the lighter-tier configuration with the 2.0L turbo or 2.7L turbo gas engines and a smaller brake package. The CT4-V is the mid-tier performance trim, pre-Blackwing, with the upgraded twin-turbocharged 2.7L V6 LF3 (350 to 360 horsepower depending on year). The CT4-V Blackwing is the halo trim with the twin-turbocharged 3.6L V6 LF4 (472 horsepower), Brembo front brakes, and the must-staggered fitment that the chassis dynamics require. The Blackwing's larger brake package tightens the inner clearance behind the wheel face. We measure each trim separately.

Element Wheels Measured Aftermarket Fitment, Cadillac CT4

Publishable factory and wheel specs across the CT4 trims:

  • CT4 (2020 and up): 5x115 bolt pattern, 70.3mm hub bore. Element aftermarket diameter range: 18-20 inch. Aftermarket width: 8-9 inch. Square or optional staggered fitment depending on trim and drive layout.
  • CT4-V (2020 and up): 5x115 bolt pattern, 70.3mm hub bore. Element aftermarket diameter range: 18-20 inch. Aftermarket width: 8-9 inch. Optional staggered fitment.
  • CT4-V Blackwing (2022 and up): 5x120 bolt pattern, 70.3mm hub bore. Element aftermarket diameter range: 18-20 inch. Aftermarket width: 8-10 inch (must-staggered). Brembo front brakes; tightest wheel-face clearance of any CT4 we measure.

For your exact aftermarket offset, three options:

  • 1. Use our Year/Make/Model search to see wheels that fit your specific CT4 (each listing shows its own offset).
  • 2. Browse the CT4 wheel gallery for real-life builds with size, offset, and tire spec captions.
  • 3. Call or chat with our team for a free fitment consultation.

The CT4-V Blackwing is the most clearance-sensitive CT4 we measure. The Brembo front brake package takes more clearance behind the wheel face than the standard CT4-V's brake setup, and the bolt pattern shift to 5x120 means a wheel built for a base CT4 or CT4-V (5x115) will not bolt to a Blackwing in the first place. If you are on a Blackwing, confirm both bolt pattern and wheel face clearance before ordering. Every wheel we recommend is backed by our Fitment Guarantee. If a wheel does not fit, we pick up the wheels and refund 100 percent. No risk to you.

How We Confirm Fitment on Cadillac CT4 Wheels

Element Wheels measures fitment on the platforms we sell wheels for, including every CT4 trim. For the CT4 that means clearance from the wheel to the fender, gap between the back of the wheel and the suspension, front brake caliper height (standard on the base CT4, upgraded on the CT4-V, Brembo on the CT4-V Blackwing), hub bore confirmation at 70.3mm, lug seat geometry, and turning clearance. At our fitment facility in Chandler, Arizona, the Element Wheels team measures directly on the physical platforms we support. We don't pull specs from manufacturer sheets the way most retailers do.

That measurement work is what produced the trim-specific fitment windows on this page. It is also what flags the bolt-pattern split between the standard CT4 / CT4-V (5x115) and the CT4-V Blackwing (5x120). The two are not interchangeable at the hub.

Cadillac CT4 Wheels and Rims FAQ

What is the bolt pattern on a Cadillac CT4?

The standard Cadillac CT4 and the CT4-V (2020 and up) run 5x115 with a 70.3mm hub bore in our catalog, inherited from the Cadillac ATS chassis. The CT4-V Blackwing (2022 and up) runs 5x120 at the same 70.3mm hub bore with the upgraded Brembo brake package. Hub bore is 70.3mm across all three CT4 configurations.

CT4 vs CT4-V vs CT4-V Blackwing: do they take the same wheels?

The standard CT4 and the CT4-V share the same 5x115 / 70.3mm bolt pattern and broadly similar fitment windows. The CT4-V brake package is slightly larger than the base CT4 but the wheel cross-fits within the trim pair. The CT4-V Blackwing is the exception: it runs 5x120 / 70.3mm in our catalog, a different bolt pattern from the standard CT4 and CT4-V. A wheel built for a base CT4 or CT4-V will not bolt to a CT4-V Blackwing. Confirm your specific trim before ordering.

Will Cadillac ATS wheels fit a CT4?

Same-chassis exception: yes on the standard CT4 and CT4-V, with caveats. The Cadillac ATS (2013-2019) runs 5x115 with a 70.3mm hub bore on most trims, matching the standard CT4 and CT4-V. Bolt pattern and hub bore align. But brake clearance, offset windows, and the specific wheel face can still differ between the two cars, so a wheel that fit a 2017 ATS will not always fit a CT4 at the same offset. The ATS-V ran a different brake and wheel package than the base ATS, similar to how the CT4-V Blackwing differs from the standard CT4. Confirm offset and wheel face before crossing between the two cars.

Will Chevrolet Camaro wheels fit a CT4?

Same-chassis exception on the CT4-V Blackwing only. The sixth-generation Chevrolet Camaro (2016-2024) is built on the GM Alpha 2 platform with 5x120 / 70.3mm on its V8 trims, which matches the CT4-V Blackwing's spec. A Camaro V8 wheel of the right offset and width can cross to a CT4-V Blackwing. The standard CT4 and CT4-V are on 5x115, so Camaro wheels will not bolt to those two trims. Offset windows still differ between the Camaro and the CT4-V Blackwing because the body width and fender geometry are not the same.

Are Cadillac CT4 wheels staggered?

The standard CT4 ships square (non-staggered) on most trims and accepts optional staggered. The CT4-V accepts staggered as an option; many V owners run staggered for the performance look on the rear axle. The CT4-V Blackwing is must-staggered from the factory and we recommend keeping it that way; the 472-horsepower twin-turbo V6 puts enough torque through the rear axle that the wider rear tire is doing real work. V-Series trims are rear-wheel drive, so the rear axle carries the power.

What is the largest wheel I can fit on a Cadillac CT4?

Our measured Element aftermarket window tops at 20 inch across all three CT4 trims (standard CT4, CT4-V, and CT4-V Blackwing). 18 inch is the most common choice on the standard CT4 for a balance of ride quality and sidewall protection. 19 inch is popular on the CT4-V. 20 inch is the ceiling on the Blackwing. Above the measured window, tire sidewall thins enough that ride quality drops sharply on a performance sedan and the wheel sits at curb-damage risk.

Do I need hub centric rings on a Cadillac CT4?

Hub centric rings only when the aftermarket wheel has a centerbore larger than 70.3mm. If you are running BMW-bored wheels (72.56mm) on a CT4, you will need a 72.56-to-70.3mm hub centric ring to land the wheel hub-centric. If your fitment needs rings, they'll be included with the order.

How do I find the right wheels for my specific Cadillac CT4 build?

Three steps. Confirm your trim (standard CT4, CT4-V, or CT4-V Blackwing). The Blackwing is on 5x120; the base CT4 and CT4-V are on 5x115. Confirm RWD vs AWD on the base CT4 (V-Series trims are RWD only). Use our Year/Make/Model search to see wheels that fit your specific CT4 (each listing shows its own offset) and browse the wheel gallery for real-life builds. If you are on a CT4-V Blackwing, contact our team for a free fitment consultation before ordering. Every wheel we recommend is backed by the Fitment Guarantee.
