Cadillac CT5-V Aftermarket Wheel Fitment

The Cadillac CT5-V is the V-Series performance sedan that launched for the 2020 model year as the successor to the CTS-V. It runs on the GM Alpha 2 platform with 5x120 bolt pattern and a 66.9mm hub bore. The CT5-V comes in two performance tiers that share the same chassis but split on power and brake spec. The standard CT5-V (2020 and up) carries the twin-turbocharged 3.0L V6 LF4 engine and Brembo front brakes, with optional staggered fitment. The CT5-V Blackwing (2022 and up) is the top-shelf trim with the 668-horsepower supercharged 6.2L V8 LT4, must-staggered fitment, and a choice of Steel Brembo brakes or optional Carbon Ceramic Brakes. The Cadillac CT5-V Bolt Pattern

Every Cadillac CT5-V and CT5-V Blackwing uses 5x120 with a 66.9mm hub bore. That covers the standard CT5-V (2020 and up) and the CT5-V Blackwing in both Steel Brake and Carbon Ceramic Brake configurations (2022 and up). The 5x120 pattern is shared across the GM Alpha 2 platform, so the CT5-V wheel spec sits in the same bolt-pattern family as the related Cadillac CT4 and CT4-V chassis cars. The 66.9mm Cadillac hub bore is its own spec; it does not match the BMW 5x120 hub bore (72.56mm) or the Lexus LS 5x120 hub bore (60.1mm), so wheels sized for those platforms will need a hub centric ring to fit a CT5-V correctly.

The predecessor to the CT5-V is the CTS-V, which Cadillac built across three generations from 2004 through 2019. The CTS-V wheel fitment is documented separately at our CTS-V hub. The 2009-2014 and 2016-2019 CTS-V also ran 5x120 with a 66.9mm bore, so CTS-V wheels of that vintage can sometimes carry over to a CT5-V, but the offset windows are different and the CT5-V brake package is bigger, so wheels that fit a 2014 CTS-V will not always clear the CT5-V brake.

Why the V vs Blackwing Tier and Brake Package Matter

The standard CT5-V and the CT5-V Blackwing share a platform and a bolt pattern, but the wheel windows are not interchangeable. The standard CT5-V is the lighter-tier V-Series with the twin-turbo V6 and Brembo front brakes; it accepts optional staggered fitment with 8-9 inch front and 9-10.5 inch rear widths in our measured aftermarket window. The CT5-V Blackwing is the halo trim with the 668-horsepower supercharged V8; it ships must-staggered from the factory with significantly wider 9.5-11 inch front and 10.5-12 inch rear widths. The Blackwing Carbon Ceramic Brake option carries the most front and rear clearance constraints of any CT5-V we measure, because the ceramic rotor mounting hat takes more clearance behind the wheel face than the Steel Brembo equivalent.

The CT5-V Blackwing Carbon Ceramic Brake option is the most clearance-sensitive CT5-V we measure. The published bolt pattern and width window match the Blackwing Steel Brake version, but specific wheel faces that clear the Steel Brembo setup will not always clear the Carbon Ceramic rotor mounting hat. We measure both Blackwing brake configurations separately on the car. If you are on a Blackwing Ceramic, confirm wheel face clearance before ordering. How We Confirm Fitment on Cadillac CT5-V Wheels

For the CT5-V that means clearance from the wheel to the fender, gap between the back of the wheel and the suspension, front brake caliper height (Brembo on the standard V, Steel Brembo or Carbon Ceramic on the Blackwing), hub bore confirmation, lug seat geometry, and turning clearance.
