The Chrysler Voyager is the lower-spec sibling of the Pacifica minivan, sold under the revived Voyager nameplate from 2020 onward. The two vehicles share the same RU-platform chassis, the same wheelbase, the same brake setup, and the same bolt pattern: 5x127 with a 71.5mm hub bore. What separates the Voyager from the Pacifica is the trim level and the feature list, not the chassis. That means an aftermarket wheel that fits a 2022 Pacifica fits a 2022 Voyager in pattern, hub, and width window. The original Plymouth Voyager minivan from 1984 through 2003 is a different vehicle on a different platform and we do not cover it on this hub. The Chrysler Voyager Bolt Pattern

The 2020 and up Chrysler Voyager uses 5x127 with a 71.5mm hub bore. 5x127 is the long-standing Chrysler full-size pattern shared with the Pacifica, the Town and Country (2008-2016), and the Dodge Grand Caravan. The pattern is sometimes written as 5x5 (127mm = 5 inches) and the two notations are identical. The Voyager and the Pacifica share the same RU-platform chassis, so the bolt pattern is the same on both vehicles, every model year from 2020 forward.

Wheel selection on the Voyager pulls from the same pool as the Pacifica, the Grand Caravan, and the late Town and Country. Where the difference matters is the brake package and the factory wheel size: lower Voyager trims ship with smaller factory wheels than the higher Pacifica trims, even though the chassis is the same. Chrysler Voyager Fitment Window

The Voyager is front wheel drive across the lineup. It does not accept staggered fitment as a recommended setup, matching how every minivan in this category gets specced. The Voyager runs square with matching wheel and tire sizes on every corner. The aftermarket diameter window starts at 17 inch (the smallest practical size given the factory brake package) and tops at 22 inch. Most customers move from a 17 inch factory wheel to a 20 inch or 22 inch aftermarket setup for the visual lift. Width stays in the 8 to 9 inch range to keep the wheel inside the fender on this body.

How We Confirm Fitment on Chrysler Voyager Wheels

For the Voyager that means clearance from the wheel to the fender, gap between the back of the wheel and the suspension, brake caliper height, hub bore confirmation, lug seat depth, and turning clearance on the front.
