The Purosangue carries Ferrari's 5x114.3 bolt pattern with a 67.1mm hub bore and lug bolts (not lug nuts and studs, common on European exotics). It is also a staggered car from the factory with a larger front brake package than rear, and it runs the biggest factory wheel diameters of any Ferrari in the lineup at 22 inch front and 23 inch rear. The Ferrari Purosangue Bolt Pattern and Lug Bolts

Every 2023 and up Ferrari Purosangue uses a 5x114.3 bolt pattern with a 67.1mm hub bore. Even though the Purosangue is a four-door SUV layout and a completely different chassis from the rest of the Ferrari lineup, Ferrari kept the same 5x114.3 / 67.1mm interface the V8 cars (Roma, Portofino, F8, 488, 458) and the SF90 use. Lug count is straightforward. If your Purosangue has five mounting points around the hub face, it is 5x114.3 / 67.1mm.

The Purosangue mounts wheels with lug bolts rather than lug nuts on studs. A lug bolt is a single fastener that threads directly into the hub, so the wheel is held to the hub by the bolt itself rather than dropped onto pre-installed studs. The thread spec on the Purosangue is M14x1.5. When you order aftermarket wheels for a Purosangue, you typically also order Ferrari-spec lug bolts in the correct length for the wheel's mounting face thickness. The wrong bolt length is the most common Purosangue installation mistake we see, so we ship the correct bolts with every Ferrari Purosangue wheel order.

Why Every Ferrari Purosangue Runs Staggered Fitment

The Purosangue is a front-engine, four-wheel-drive Ferrari built around the 6.5-liter naturally aspirated V12. Ferrari specs a wider rear wheel and tire than the front and uses different diameters at each end, with the rear wheel a full inch larger than the front. From the factory the Purosangue runs 22 inch fronts and 23 inch rears, which is the most aggressive factory wheel package in the entire Ferrari lineup. The aftermarket window we measure mirrors that staggered geometry, with 9-9.5 inch front widths and 11-12 inch rear widths across the 22-23 inch diameter range. We do not recommend square setups on a Purosangue because the chassis is engineered around the staggered geometry and the rear arches are physically wider than the fronts. Mismatching front and rear diameters on a four-wheel-drive car also creates drivetrain stress, so the front-and-rear diameter split needs to be preserved.

The Purosangue has a larger front brake package than rear. That is normal on a performance car of this caliber. The front axle does the majority of the braking work and Ferrari scales the front rotor and caliper accordingly. Every Purosangue shipped from the factory with a carbon ceramic brake package as standard equipment, so the front caliper is a serious piece of hardware. The front wheel needs more inner-barrel clearance for the larger front caliper, which is one of the variables we measure on the Purosangue directly rather than estimating from factory spec sheets.

How We Confirm Fitment on Ferrari Purosangue Wheels

Element Wheels measures fitment on the platforms we sell wheels for, including the Ferrari Purosangue. For the Purosangue that means clearance from the wheel to the fender, gap between the back of the wheel and the suspension components, brake caliper height (front and rear measured separately because the front carbon ceramic package is larger), hub protrusion, and the lug-bolt seat depth that is specific to European exotics. The Purosangue is a four-wheel-drive SUV chassis with longer suspension travel than the rest of the Ferrari lineup, so the wheel-to-suspension and wheel-to-inner-fender measurements are different from the V8 cars.
