Ferrari Roma Aftermarket Wheel Fitment
The 2021 and up Ferrari Roma covers the Roma coupe and the Roma Spider, both built on Ferrari's front-engine V8 grand touring 2+2 platform. The Roma is a different kind of Ferrari from the mid-engine 488 and F8 cars, with the twin-turbocharged 3.9-liter V8 mounted ahead of the cabin and a more relaxed GT character on the road. The Roma carries Ferrari's 5x114.3 bolt pattern with a 67.1mm hub bore and lug bolts (not lug nuts and studs, common on European exotics). The Roma is also a staggered car from the factory with a larger front brake package than rear, which directly affects wheel selection on the front axle. Element Wheels measures Roma fitment directly on the car at our fitment facility in Chandler, Arizona. Pick your variant below for wheels and rims fit-tested on the Roma.
Find Your Ferrari Roma Variant
Every Roma from 2021 and up shares the same bolt pattern, hub bore, and staggered front-vs-rear geometry. The Roma coupe and the Roma Spider both bolt on the same 5-lug wheels in our catalog.
The Ferrari Roma Bolt Pattern and Lug Bolts
Every 2021 and up Ferrari Roma uses a 5x114.3 bolt pattern with a 67.1mm hub bore. The Roma sits in the same pattern family Ferrari has used across the V8 platforms since the 458 in 2010, including the 488, the F8, and the SF90. Lug count is straightforward. If your Roma has five mounting points around the hub face, it is 5x114.3 / 67.1mm.
The Roma mounts wheels with lug bolts rather than lug nuts on studs. A lug bolt is a single fastener that threads directly into the hub, so the wheel is held to the hub by the bolt itself rather than dropped onto pre-installed studs. The thread spec on the Roma is M14x1.5. When you order aftermarket wheels for a Roma, you typically also order Ferrari-spec lug bolts in the correct length for the wheel's mounting face thickness. The wrong bolt length is the most common Roma installation mistake we see, so we ship the correct bolts with every Ferrari Roma wheel order.
Why Every Ferrari Roma Runs Staggered Fitment
The Roma is a front-engine, rear-drive Ferrari with a 3.9-liter twin-turbocharged V8 mounted ahead of the cabin in a 2+2 grand touring layout. The rear tires put down the power and Ferrari specs a wider rear wheel and tire than the front on every Roma. From the factory the Roma ran a 20 inch front with an 8.5 inch width and a 20x10 rear, paired with 245/35R20 fronts and 285/35R20 rears. The aftermarket window on the Roma runs 20 to 22 inch in diameter with the same staggered ratio carried forward. We do not recommend square setups on a Roma because the chassis is engineered around the staggered geometry and the rear arches are physically wider than the fronts. The Roma's GT character also shows up in the available factory wheel sizes, which are slightly narrower at the rear than the mid-engine cars like the F8.
The Roma has a larger front brake package than rear. That is normal on a performance car of this caliber. The front axle does the majority of the braking work and Ferrari scales the front rotor and caliper accordingly. Every Roma shipped from the factory with the Brembo carbon ceramic brake package as standard equipment, so the front caliper is a serious piece of hardware. The front wheel needs more inner-barrel clearance for the larger front caliper, which is one of the variables we measure on the Roma directly rather than estimating from factory spec sheets.

How We Confirm Fitment on Ferrari Roma Wheels
Element Wheels measures fitment on the platforms we sell wheels for, including the Ferrari Roma. For the Roma that means clearance from the wheel to the fender, gap between the back of the wheel and the suspension, brake caliper height (front and rear measured separately because the front carbon ceramic package is larger), hub protrusion, and the lug-bolt seat depth that is specific to European exotics. The Roma's front-engine layout also moves the front suspension geometry compared to a mid-engine Ferrari, which is one more reason we measure on the car rather than carrying numbers across from the 488 or the F8. At our fitment facility in Chandler, Arizona, the Element Wheels team measures directly on the car. We don't pull specs from manufacturer sheets the way most retailers do.
Ferrari Roma Wheels and Rims FAQ
What is the bolt pattern on a Ferrari Roma?
Every 2021 and up Ferrari Roma (Coupe and Spider) uses a 5x114.3 bolt pattern with a 67.1mm hub bore. Mounting is by lug bolt rather than lug nut and stud, with an M14x1.5 thread. Lug bolt length depends on the aftermarket wheel's mounting face thickness, so we ship the correct bolts with every Ferrari Roma wheel order.
What is the hub bore on a Ferrari Roma?
The hub bore on every Ferrari Roma is 67.1mm. If your fitment needs rings, they'll be included with the order.
Are Ferrari Roma wheels staggered?
Yes. The Roma is front-engine and rear-drive, with a wider rear wheel and tire than the front from the factory. Stock is 20x8.5 front and 20x10 rear. Element's aftermarket window runs 20-22 inch diameter with 8.5-9 inch front widths and 10.5-12 inch rear widths. The rear arches are physically wider than the fronts and the chassis is engineered around the staggered geometry, so we do not recommend square fitments.
Does a Ferrari Roma use lug bolts or lug nuts?
Lug bolts. The Roma uses M14x1.5 lug bolts that thread directly into the hub rather than lug nuts on pre-installed studs. The correct bolt length depends on the aftermarket wheel's mounting face thickness, so the wrong length is the most common Roma installation mistake. We ship the right bolts with every Ferrari Roma wheel order.
Is the Roma a mid-engine Ferrari?
No. The Roma is a front-engine 2+2 grand tourer with the 3.9-liter twin-turbocharged V8 mounted ahead of the cabin. That puts the Roma in a different chassis family from the mid-engine 488, F8, and SF90 even though the bolt pattern (5x114.3 / 67.1mm CB) is the same. The Roma's front-engine layout also shifts the front suspension geometry compared to the mid-engine cars, which is why a wheel that fit a mid-engine Ferrari nicely doesn't automatically fit a Roma. We measure and stock separate fitments.
Are Roma Coupe wheels different from Roma Spider wheels?
Same bolt pattern (5x114.3 / 67.1mm CB) and the same staggered front-vs-rear geometry across the Roma Coupe and the Roma Spider. The Spider carries additional structural reinforcement for the soft-top mechanism and a small weight penalty, but the wheel mounting interface and the fitment box are identical to the Coupe. Aftermarket Roma wheels that fit the Coupe will fit a Spider on the same fitment math.
What is the largest wheel I can fit on a Ferrari Roma?
Our measured aftermarket window on the Roma tops at 22 inch diameter, with rear widths up to 12 inch. Above that, tire selection becomes difficult to source for the Roma and the fender clearance margin disappears. The most common Roma builds we ship are 20 inch staggered (matching factory diameter with deeper concavity) or 21 to 22 inch staggered for builds that want more aggressive stance on the GT chassis.
How do I find the right wheels for my Ferrari Roma?
Three steps on the Roma. Confirm your variant (Coupe or Spider). Use our Year/Make/Model search to see wheels that fit a 2021 and up Ferrari Roma. Browse the wheel gallery for real-life Roma builds with size, offset, and tire captions. The correct M14x1.5 lug bolts and any hub centric rings you need ship with every order. For a more aggressive aftermarket build above factory size, contact our team for a free fitment consultation. Every wheel we recommend is backed by the Fitment Guarantee.
