Every Bronco Sport from 2021 and up runs a 5x108 bolt pattern with a 63.36mm hub bore, an M12x1.5 thread, and 5 lugs. 5x108 is Ford's metric bolt pattern, also written 5x4.25 because 108mm equals roughly 4.25 inches, and it is NOT the same as 5x114.3. The Bronco Sport ships in several trim packages including Big Bend, Outer Banks, Free Wheeling, Heritage, and Badlands, with the Badlands carrying the off-road-oriented suspension and the wider wheel arch package. The Ford Bronco Sport Bolt Pattern

Every Ford Bronco Sport (2021 and up) runs 5x108 with a 63.36mm hub bore. The lug count is 5 and the thread pitch is M12x1.5. 5x108 is Ford's metric bolt pattern used across the Ford C2 unibody platform. The Bronco Sport shares the C2 architecture with the Ford Escape (from 2013 forward) and the Ford Maverick, and all three vehicles carry the same 5x108 / 63.36mm hub bore on Bronco Sport and Escape (63.4mm on Maverick) and the same 5 lug count. A wheel built for an Escape from 2013 and newer bolts to a Bronco Sport in pattern and hub centering. Offset window, brake clearance, wheel arch shape, and ride height still change the fitment window, but the lug math crosses cleanly across the C2 family.

The detail that trips buyers. 5x108 is NOT 5x114.3. The two patterns sit 6.3mm apart and the studs do not align across them. The Bronco Sport is 5x108 specifically. The 5x114.3 pattern (which carries the 5x4.5 imperial nickname) lives on most full-size Ford trucks and SUVs and on the 1st gen Ford Escape (2001-2012). A 5x114.3 wheel will not bolt to a Bronco Sport. Same goes for 5x115, which lives on some American cars, and 5x110, which lives on a few European compacts. 5x108 is its own pattern. Why Bronco Sport Stock vs Lifted Fitment Matters

The Bronco Sport is a unibody crossover with off-road styling, not a body-on-frame truck like the full-size Ford Bronco, so the aftermarket lift options are narrower than what you would see on a Bronco or an F-150. Most Bronco Sport lifts land at a 1.5 inch leveling kit, either factory-supplied (the Badlands ships from the factory with a slightly higher ride height than the base trims) or aftermarket. Element measures stock height and the 1.5 inch lifted window separately. The lifted window gives you back some of the fender clearance the leveled stance opens up and allows a slightly wider tire on the same wheel. Above 1.5 inches of lift on a Bronco Sport, the unibody architecture and the front strut geometry start fighting back, which is why we cap the published lifted window where we do.

The Badlands trim is the off-road-oriented Bronco Sport and ships from the factory with a slightly higher ride height, all-terrain tires, and a more aggressive wheel offset than the base trims. The bolt pattern, hub bore, and aftermarket fitment box are the same as the rest of the lineup. The Badlands also has a slightly wider wheel arch package which gives a small amount of additional outward clearance for wider tires. Most aftermarket Bronco Sport builds we ship are either base trims stepping up to a more aggressive look or Badlands customers chasing a more capable all-terrain or mud-terrain tire. Both belong on the same fitment box, with attention to whether the truck is at stock height or leveled.
