The Ford Bronco breaks into two completely separate platforms in our catalog. The classic Bronco (1966-1996) is a body-on-frame off-road truck that ran 5x139.7 (5x5.5) with an 87.1mm hub bore. The modern Bronco (2021 and up) is a body-on-frame off-road truck again but on a new platform with a 6x139.7 bolt pattern and a 93.1mm hub bore. The Bronco Raptor is built on the modern platform but runs a different 6x135 / 87mm CB hub for the wider track and bigger brakes. And the Bronco Sport is a separate unibody crossover with 5x108 / 63.36mm CB that does not share any fitment with either truck Bronco. The Ford Bronco Bolt Pattern

The Bronco name covers four different bolt-pattern setups in our catalog. The classic Bronco (1966-1996) ran 5x139.7 with an 87.1mm hub bore. The modern Bronco 2-door and 4-door (2021 and up), including the Sasquatch package, runs 6x139.7 with a 93.1mm hub bore. The Bronco Raptor (2022 and up) is the only Bronco trim that uses 6x135 with an 87mm hub bore, for the wider track and the larger brakes. The Bronco Sport (2021 and up) is a separate unibody crossover and runs 5x108 with a 63.36mm hub bore.

Lug count gets you part of the way. 5 studs on the wheel means either a classic Bronco or a Bronco Sport, and those two are completely different vehicles. 6 studs means a modern truck Bronco (2-door, 4-door, Sasquatch, or Raptor). Why Modern Bronco Fitment Has So Many Configurations

The modern Bronco is the most configuration-heavy platform we sell wheels for outside the F-150. Ford built the 2021 and up Bronco as a 2-door or 4-door body, with or without the Sasquatch off-road package, with the option of leveling kits, 2 to 3 inch lifts on 35 inch tires, 4 to 6 inch lifts on 35 inch tires, and a separate Bronco Raptor with wider track and bigger brakes. Each of those combinations gets its own fitment row in our catalog. The wheel that clears stock on a 4-door Sasquatch can rub on a 2-door non-Sasquatch with a leveling kit and the same tire size.

Two Bronco-specific details that customers find out about late. First, several leveled and lifted modern Bronco fitments running 35 inch tires require removal of the lower front crash bar (the bumper-mounted bar behind the lower grille) for tire clearance at full lock. We flag this in the catalog notes before shipping. Second, the Bronco Raptor's 6x135 pattern is unique to that trim within the Bronco line. A wheel from a standard 4-door Bronco will not bolt to a Raptor. Match the wheel listing to your exact trim before ordering.
