Honda kept the 4-cylinder Accord on 4x114.3 and moved the V6 Accord ahead of the lineup to 5x114.3 within the same model years. From 2003 forward Honda standardized on 5x114.3 with the 64.1mm hub bore, and that combination has held across every Accord built since (sedan, coupe, and Crosstour). The Honda Accord Bolt Pattern Across Four Eras

The 1982-1989 Accord (3rd gen) ran 4x100 with a 56.1mm hub bore and a 12x1.5 thread pitch. 4x100 on a Honda of that era is the same 4-lug pattern that ran on the early Civic and other compact imports. Hub bore steps down to 56.1mm so the older Accord is not interchangeable with the post-1990 cars even when the lug count matches.

From 1990 through 1997 the Accord moved to 4x114.3 with a 64.1mm hub bore. Thread pitch stays at 12x1.5. That hub bore (64.1mm) is the Accord hub bore Honda kept across every generation from 1990 forward, sedan, coupe, and Crosstour.

The 1998-2002 generation (6th gen) is the trickiest year range on the Accord. Honda kept the 4-cylinder Accord on 4x114.3 and moved the V6 Accord ahead of the lineup to 5x114.3 within the same model years. Engine type, not model year, tells you the bolt pattern. Count the lug studs on one wheel. Four studs means 4-cylinder and 4x114.3. Five studs means V6 and 5x114.3.

From 2003 forward Honda standardized the Accord on 5x114.3 with the 64.1mm hub bore. That combination has held across every Accord built since, including the 7th gen (2003-2007), 8th gen (2008-2012 sedan and coupe), the 2010-2015 Accord Crosstour, the 9th gen (2013-2017 sedan and coupe), the 10th gen (2018-2022), and the 11th gen (2023 and up). 8th Gen (2008 and Up) Changed How Accord Buyers Shop Wheels

The aftermarket pattern on the Accord shifted at the 8th gen launch in 2008. Before then most Accord wheel buyers ran factory size or one inch up, four corners the same. From 2008 forward 20-inch wheels became the buying default and customers started running staggered setups (wider rear wheel than front), especially on the coupe body. Element catalog data backs this up. The 2008-2012 Accord Coupe is the first Accord row in our catalog where the rear width window opens wider than the front (up to 10.5 inch rear). The 2013-2017 Accord Sedan All Models row and the 2018-2022 Sedan row also show the wider-rear stagger pattern.

Stagger on a front-wheel-drive car is a looks decision, not a performance one. The reason it caught on: a wider rear wheel lets you run a more concave face or a deeper lip wheel without poking past the fender. The fitment works. Both diameter and width windows on the 8th gen and later generations are wider than the older 4-cylinder Accords.
