The G35 and G37 Coupe Bolt Pattern and the FM-Platform Twin

Every Infiniti G35 and G37 Coupe runs the 5x114.3 bolt pattern, also called 5x4.5 imperial (114.3mm = 4.5 inches exactly), with a 66.1mm factory hub bore and 12x1.25 lug thread. The pattern is consistent across both generations and every brake variant, including the G37S Sport and the IPL G37 Coupe. The G35 / G37 Coupe sits on the Nissan FM platform, the same architecture used under the Nissan 350Z (2003-2009) and 370Z (2009-2020), and shared with the Infiniti G35 and G37 Sedan. The bolt math is the same across the FM-platform family. The G35 Coupe and 350Z were engineered together. Wheels often cross between a G35 Coupe and a 350Z, and between a G37 Coupe and a 370Z, because the lug pattern, hub bore, and offset window line up closely. Track widths and fender profiles still vary slightly, so we measure each chassis on its own car and the Year/Make/Model search returns only wheels fit-tested on your specific Infiniti.

A cross-pattern caution that applies to every 5x114.3 platform: 5x114.3 is NOT the same as the 5x115 pattern used on Chrysler 300, Dodge Charger LX, and similar American sedans. The two patterns sit roughly 0.7mm apart and are not interchangeable, even though the difference sounds tiny. The imperial nickname 5x4.5 refers only to 5x114.3 (because 114.3mm = 4.5 inches exactly). Calling 5x115 "5x4.5" is wrong and forcing a 5x115 wheel onto a 5x114.3 hub puts the stud loading off-center, which is a safety issue. Stick to wheels listed for 5x114.3 specifically.

The IPL G37 Coupe (2011-2013) is the highest performance trim of the G37 Coupe line, built by Infiniti Performance Line on top of the G37S Sport chassis. It carries the same sport brake package as the G37S, which is why our IPL fitment rolls into the G37S Coupe row in the catalog. Why Each Brake Variant Has Its Own Measured Fitment Window

The G35 Coupe (2003-2007) was sold with two brake options, base and Brembo. The Brembo brake came on the 6MT Sport trim and carries a larger front caliper than the base. The wheel needs more spoke depth or a tighter offset window to clear it. The 2008-2013 G37 Coupe carried the same idea forward: the base G37 Coupe runs the standard brake setup and the G37S Sport runs a larger front caliper. The IPL G37 Coupe (2011-2013) is built on the G37S chassis and inherits the sport brake package. Front brake larger than rear is the standard performance-car configuration. The front axle does the majority of the braking work, so Infiniti scales the front caliper up on the performance trims. Element Wheels measures each brake variant on its own car and we don't let a wheel ship for a G35 Coupe Brembo or a G37S unless it has been fit-tested on that brake.

The G35 and G37 Coupe support optional staggered fitment, where a wider rear wheel sits behind a slightly narrower front. That is a looks decision more than a performance one and it works on this platform because the rear track has the room and the car is rear-wheel drive. Customers can also run a square setup if they prefer to swap wheels left-to-right for even tire wear, which is more common on enthusiasts who track the car.
