Every Infiniti Q60 Coupe runs the 5x114.3 bolt pattern, also called 5x4.5 imperial (114.3mm = 4.5 inches exactly), with a 66.1mm factory hub bore. The pattern is consistent across both generations, which keeps the wheel cross-generation question simple: a wheel built for any Q60 Coupe will bolt onto any other Q60 Coupe at the lug-hole level. What changes between V36 and V37 is the chassis, brake clearance, and trim-specific staggered requirements, not the bolt math.

A cross-pattern caution that applies to every 5x114.3 platform: 5x114.3 is NOT the same as the 5x115 pattern used on Chrysler 300, Dodge Charger LX, and similar American sedans. The two patterns sit roughly 0.7mm apart and are not interchangeable, even though the difference sounds tiny. The imperial nickname 5x4.5 refers only to 5x114.3 (because 114.3mm = 4.5 inches exactly). Calling 5x115 "5x4.5" is wrong and forcing a 5x115 wheel onto a 5x114.3 hub puts the stud loading off-center, which is a safety issue. Stick to wheels listed for 5x114.3 specifically.

The V36 (2014-2015) Q60 Coupe is the renamed G37 Coupe. Infiniti changed its naming convention for the 2014 model year, moving from the alphanumeric format (G37, M37, FX35, EX35) to the Q-and-QX scheme. The 2014-2015 Q60 Coupe shares its chassis and most fitment characteristics with the 2008-2013 G37 Coupe; if you have a G37 Coupe parts file, the V36 Q60 Coupe is the same car under a new badge. Why Trim and Drivetrain Matter More Than Year on the V37

The V37 Q60 Coupe splits cleanly into base and Red Sport 400, and into RWD and AWD. Each combination has its own measured fitment window. The Red Sport 400 carries sport Akebono brakes (4-piston front, 2-piston rear) that are physically larger than the base car's brakes. That is normal on a performance variant; the front axle does the majority of the braking work and Infiniti scales the front caliper accordingly. The Akebono front caliper takes more inner clearance behind the front wheel face than the base brake, so the diameter and width windows shift on Red Sport.

Drivetrain matters on the V37 in a specific way: AWD is non-staggered (same wheel and tire front and rear), while RWD supports an optional staggered fitment on the base car and runs must-staggered on Red Sport. AWD-must-be-square is a drivetrain constraint, not a clearance one. Running a wider rear on an AWD Q60 puts uneven rolling diameter into the transfer case and damages the drivetrain. If you have an AWD Q60, plan on a square setup. If you have a RWD Q60 Coupe, the wider rear is on the table and is the factory setup on Red Sport.
