The 2015 and up Lamborghini Huracan is the V10 mid-engine successor to the Gallardo, covering LP610-4, LP580-2, Performante, EVO, EVO RWD, Tecnica, Sterrato, and the track-focused STO. The 5-lug Huracan runs 5x112 with a 66.5mm hub bore on M14x1.5 lug bolts. That bolt pattern is the same VW Group passenger-car spec the Gallardo and the Audi R8 use, but the Huracan stepped the centerbore up to 66.5mm versus the 57.1mm on the Gallardo. Underneath the body the Huracan is the Lamborghini-bodied sibling of the second-generation Audi R8 Type 4S, sharing the modular MSS aluminum and carbon spaceframe. Every Huracan is a must-staggered car from the factory with a wider rear wheel and tire than the front, and the front brake package is larger than the rear. The STO is a separate platform that uses a centerlock setup with a 77mm centerbore instead of the 5-lug pattern, and is routed to a fitment consultation. Find Your Lamborghini Huracan Variant

Every 5-lug Huracan, from the 2015 LP610-4 through the 2024 EVO, Tecnica, and Sterrato, shares the same 5x112 bolt pattern and 66.5mm centerbore. The brake configuration steps up between the steel Brembo trims and the carbon ceramic Brembo trims, and that changes the front-caliper clearance the wheel needs. Most LP610-4 and base LP580-2 builds shipped with steel Brembos. Performante, most EVO and Tecnica builds, and any track package shipped with carbon ceramics. The STO is the outlier: it uses a centerlock hub with a 77mm centerbore instead of a 5-lug pattern, so STO wheels are not interchangeable with the rest of the Huracan range.

The Huracan Bolt Pattern and Lug Bolts

Every 5-lug Huracan uses a 5x112 bolt pattern with a 66.5mm hub bore. The spec is identical across LP610-4, LP580-2, Performante, EVO, EVO RWD, Tecnica, and Sterrato, and it does not change between the steel Brembo and the carbon ceramic Brembo configurations. The 5x112 pattern is the standard VW Group passenger-car pattern shared with most modern Audi sedans, the first-generation Audi R8 Type 42, and the Gallardo. The Huracan rides on the second-generation Audi R8 Type 4S platform, so the two cars share the bolt pattern, the M14x1.5 thread, and the 66.5mm centerbore. The Gallardo sits on a different generation of the same VW Group platform line and uses the smaller 57.1mm centerbore, which is the one spec that makes a Gallardo wheel and a Huracan wheel not directly interchangeable even on paper.

The Huracan mounts wheels with M14x1.5 lug bolts. A lug bolt threads directly into the hub instead of relying on pre-installed studs and separate nuts. There is no stud to align the wheel before tightening, so the hub-centric fit on the 66.5mm bore and the correct bolt length both matter more on a Huracan than on a stud-and-nut car. The wrong bolt length is the most common Huracan installation mistake we see. We ship the correct bolts with every 5-lug Huracan wheel order. The STO is a separate centerlock platform that uses a single central locking nut and a 77mm centerbore. Centerlock wheels cannot be retrofitted to a 5-lug Huracan hub and 5-lug wheels cannot be retrofitted to an STO hub without a conversion we do not recommend. Why Every Huracan Runs Staggered Fitment

The Huracan is a mid-engine V10 supercar with a wider rear track than the front, across both the all wheel drive variants (LP610-4, Performante, EVO, Tecnica, Sterrato) and the rear wheel drive variants (LP580-2, EVO RWD). Lamborghini specs a wider rear wheel and tire than the front on every Huracan from the factory. The base LP610-4 ran a 20x8.5 front and a 20x11 rear on the Giano forged wheels. The Performante and EVO stepped up to the same diameter staggered fitment with lighter forged options. Element's aftermarket window on the 5-lug Huracan covers 20 to 21 inch diameter, with front widths in the 8.5 to 9 inch range and rear widths in the 11 to 12 inch range. Square setups do not work on a Huracan. The chassis is engineered around the staggered geometry, the rear arches are physically wider than the fronts, and on the all wheel drive variants the driveline is calibrated for the wider rear contact patch. The rear wheel drive Huracan variants (LP580-2, EVO RWD) still ship staggered from the factory because the chassis geometry, not the drivetrain, sets the fitment.

The Huracan has a larger front brake package than rear. That is normal on a performance car of this class. The front axle does the majority of the braking work and Lamborghini scales the front rotor and caliper accordingly. The carbon ceramic Brembo configuration carries an even larger front rotor than the steel Brembo trims, which tightens the inner-barrel clearance margin on the front wheel further. This is one of the variables we measure on the Huracan directly rather than estimating from spec sheets, and it is why a wheel built for the rear of a Huracan will often not clear the front caliper even when the bolt pattern and offset numbers look workable on paper.

How We Confirm Fitment on Lamborghini Huracan Wheels

Element Wheels measures fitment on the platforms we sell wheels for, including the Huracan. For the Huracan that means clearance from the wheel to the fender on both axles (the rear arches are wider than the fronts), gap between the back of the wheel and the suspension, brake caliper height (measured separately on the front and rear because the front package is larger, and again separately between the steel Brembo and carbon ceramic Brembo configurations), hub protrusion on the 66.5mm bore, and the lug-bolt seat depth that is specific to VW Group exotics. At our fitment facility in Chandler, Arizona, the Element Wheels team measures directly on the car. We don't pull specs from manufacturer sheets the way most retailers do. The combination of the larger front caliper, the brake-step-up to carbon ceramics, and the lug-bolt mounting is not something a generic spec calculator handles correctly, which is why we ship the correct M14x1.5 bolts and verified-clearance wheels with every 5-lug Huracan order.
